Well. Technician discovered malfunctioning circuit board; ordered a replacement; returned a week later to install.

The installation went flawlessly in one day. When my Neat thermostat wouldn't work with the new system, the Dwyer technician got on the phone with Neat and verified that it was a Neat problem, not a system problem. Dwyer installed a regular thermostat at no cost so that our new heat pump was fully functional. They cleaned everything up when they were done, and made sure everything was returned to pre-installation condition. I must add that they excavated a level area to install the outside portion of the system, and built a platform to raise the system above the surrounding dirt and mulch to ensure proper air flow around the outside unit.

Very smoothly. We've been using Dwyer for all our plumbing and HVAC needs for two houses for over twenty years (including a previous incarnation of the company, as I recall). They've done annual service on our HVAC units, replaced water heaters, repaired plumbing leaks, and replaced faucets. We've been very happy with their expertise, responsiveness, and professionalism. Highly recommended.

As always, the technician patiently tested and diagnosed the problem. We have parts on order and will have them installed when they arrive. I always use Dwyer when I have a repair they cover--they are responsive, professional and efficient.

Apparently the pipe was clogged for a while, as I came home from a walk and water was everywhere! He cut the pipe, cleaned it out, reattached it and was pouring water through it and it flowed to the drain like it should.

There was a small issue with the placement of one of their pipes and they came back and changed it right away. We are impressed by their friendliness and professionalism. The prices were comparable to other estimates we received. We will continue to by Dwyer customers.

I have been a Dwyer customer for decades and have found them to be consistently responsive, thorough, prompt and polite. They installed a new heat pump in 2007, have serviced it since then, including last week when a battery problem cut off the AC. They offered same -day service. Their repair person, Cosmo, who has helped me out before, did his customary, detailed job and fixed the problem. They are an old-fashioned company in the best sense of the word quality.

The visit went very well. The technician, Karl, arrived on time. He was very pleasant to work with. He fully explained the repair and the parts needed. The repair was successful and very quick. Karl discussed the estimates with me so I understood the differences between two different types of hot water heaters.

I learned pretty quickly that I really shouldn't do any plumbing myself because it usually turns out to be a disaster. I can do other things but not that.

Compared to some of the other plumbers that I've used in the past, the quality of work was there. I know he wasn't a master plumber. He was just a service tech.

My HVAC was not working when I turned it on for the Spring. They came out within 1 day and diagnosed the problem and repaired it. The most important aspect was that the HVAC was old (1990) and they gave me a number of options from fixing a component, replacing a component to replacing the Unit, which is long overdue. I selected replacing the component ( new parts warranty) but asked for a quote to replace the Unit. I got the quote within a week and compared to other contractors and it was considerably less than some and lower than most all. So, I will get them to replace the unit in the Fall, if it lasts that long. I had Dwyer replace my Gas hot h20 furnace about 5 years ago and my gas hot h20 heater about 1 year ago and it was a similar experience. They are very professional. prompt, clean and friendly. They stand behind their work.; I also like that they have an annual inspection and an annual discount on all work. I recommend them MOST highly!! Getting a job done well and then no worries is important to me.

My house is closing in on 100 years old. There was a break in the terra cotta pipe 8 feet from the street. They had to replace entire sewer line. The had to reroute the pipe under the basement floor, go under the foundation and then out. Although some grass and plants were lost, they were very respectful of my concern for my tree and gardens. They removed parts of the fencing and skillfully put it back. A little damage to the fence but easily fixable. They were very considerate of the fact that it was a very stressful situation for me. The good thing was that they were immediatly available. They seem to have a crew for just these kind of big jobs. If you want the job done right, talk to Dan, and hire them. They were worth every cent.

The plumber that came was very nice and professional. However, I was outraged by the price. I knew there would be a $69 service fee simply for coming out, but I never dreamed it would cost me $320 for 1 hour of labor. Even the plumber himself admitted that they are one of the more expensive plumbers in the area. I guess if you are having something very tricky done, they may be a good option, but I don't plan to ever use them again because their prices are so high.

Tech showed up on time no boot cover and after troubleshooting the issue he gave me the option of replacing for $550 or fixing it for $118 for the fix + $69 for showing up I agreed with the fix.in about 5 minutes he told me I needed to buy more pieces and the total cost is going to go up by $75 and he did not even have the pices which pices me off. know I called and talk the company and they come up with a rip off idea and they want to charge me $550.00 to replace the unit. I called Home depot and I got a deal for a quality equipment and labor for $300.00. I can not believe I wasted my time and $187.00

Technician showed up on time. Evaluated problem areas that I asked about and clearly stated prices for repairs. Repairs were conducted quickly and technician took the time to talk to me about maintenance to avoid future issues.

Fantastic service. Thought it would be an easy instal...it was not. They went above and beyond. And came on the same day I called.

After calling them to get a ballpark figure on this job, I'm still searching for a plumber. The ballpark figure - approximately $450. WHAT?! For a job that shouldn't even take an hour. Crazy expensive!
