Description of Work: We have had a service contract with Dwyer for many years. In 2012 they installed a new air conditioner and furnace in the midst of summer. The men who did the installation worked very hard. Despite the work and the heat, they were polite, helpful and kind. They were outstanding. Routine service calls go well. They arrive on time and work efficiently. They answer questions and will do extra if indicated.

Description of Work: Technician arrived at time promised (between 10 AM and 2 PM) having called a little before hand. Conducted seasonal preventive maintenance on heating and air conditioning system. Changed filter already knowing where our spare filters were stored. Work was completed promptly. Left area clean as before. |No charge for this visit because it is included in maintenance contract. |We are quite pleased with Dwyer Plumbing Company.
