Description of Work: Had a drain at bottom of an exterior stairwell that was not draining and was causing water to enter under the door and flooding part of the basement. The drain could not be cleared by snaking it. Dan, the owner of the company, came out and suggested that we jack hammer the exterior portion of the drain to see what was happening. The team showed up on time on the appointed day and jack hammered the drain. They discovered the drain had been installed incorrectly,installed a new drain to the sump. Solved the problem completely. Very pleased with the work the three workers did, kept me informed about what was happening all through the process and cleaned up before they left. Highly recommend Dwyer Plumbing!

Description of Work: Unplugged an A/C drain line. I have used Dwyer for years and have been uniformly satisfied. On the three occasions when I told them it was an emergency (including the last service) they responded very quickly arriving on the scene not quite instantly (but very close) and dealt with the problem quickly and competently. Description of Work: Honest/fairness=Continued Customer Following! Came out originally for a leaking ceiling, from another persons installation of a new tub and tile surround. First day, they fixed the drain...which needed fixed. However, that night, still leaked with shower running (original call). Dwyer sent out David the next day (July 3rd/overtime rates), explained I thought it was shower valve, due to leaking only when shower running. He agreed, opened up the back, and pressure of shower caused pin hole leak in poor connection to valve. Easy fix. David actually called his supervisor, said THEY should have caught it the first time, and got me the simple repair rate. |Bottom Line: I'm happy I found a service provider who is fair and honest. You've got me as a customer and a referrer!

Description of Work: We have have had annual HVAC agreements with Dwyer for many years, in this home as well as our previous home. They do a great job of inspecting our HVAC system twice a year - Springtime for A/C and Fall/Winter for Heater. We have purchased new furnace and a/c equipment from them when we replaced the old systems in this current house. Always professional and responsive, and we frequently see the same service person here, which means they have low turnover and people like their jobs. The agreements also provide discounted rates if you need anything fixed as well as priority service calls. The folks from Dwyer do a great job.

We have been a customer for over 30 years and have always been very satisfied with the quality of service and reliability of Dwyer. Dwyer's tech came on time, the scheduling was simple and quick, he made a thorough evaluation of the situation, diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty thermostat and did it all efficiently. We appreciate the service (we have used Dwyer before) and would do so again.
