Excellent plumbing and repair work. Fixed basement floor, sidewalk, filled trench. Were careful but not expert in removing bushes and plantings.

The weekend answering service took our information, and we received a prompt call back (this) Monday morning. The representative verified the information and confirmed they could send out a technician later in the day between 10a-2p. He took our contact information and said we'd get a call before the technician arrived. He did call, I was on the other line, but he called to say he was pulling up to the house, which really isn't notice. My wife dealt with the technician and I talked with him on the phone. To replace the toilet, they wanted to charge $800, and to fix the leak under the sink they wanted to charge $520 to remove and reinstall the pedestal and then some additional cost (at least $189) to replace the drain pipe. He said it wasn't leaking when he tested it, but it was backed up and he could snake it for us to see if that helped identify the problem. He said it would be $189 to snake it. A 10 minute job for $189...that's ridiculous. I told him I knew the pipe was original to the house and needed to be replaced, but he wouldn't quote anything else until he took it apart. I told him those were outrageous prices for basic tasks, and we paid them the $70 service fee and will find another option. Those prices are ridiculous for simple tasks.

It worked out well, I'm using them now for six years.

Dwyer was able to assess the system after two other HVAC companies were not able to. I would highly recommend Dwyer.

This was awesome. It was an annual contract renewal for $284. They come in the spring as well unless I have something wrong I don’t pay for it. They are wonderful and the work was excellent.

They forgot to put a trap and the water build up and the serviceman didn’t pick it up in his inspection.

It’s an annual service contract which includes two separate inspections. I would say use them.
