They left my unit as they found it. | |Montebello, unfortunately, let Michael & Sons in my unit a week or so later, and they left a light on, moved the washer/dryer and did not move it back, and they did not relock the deadbolt lock. | |I will stay with Dwyer as long as they are in business.

Description of Work: Our radiant heat water boiler went out. It started leaking around 1am. On the phone Dwyer helped me successfully drain the system. The next morning the technician came and we decided a replacement was better than a repair. The next business day we had a crew come out and install the new boiler cleanly and professionally.

Description of Work: Retrieved an item that had dropped down the drain. I called early afternoon (on a Federal holiday) and they arrived within 2 hours. I use Dwyer for plumbing and HVAC services, and find them to be responsive, timely, and professional ALWAYS!

Description of Work: We had water leaking under our kitchen sink -- I checked Angie's List for plumbers serving northern VA, and Dwyer Plumbing was available to respond the same day ... it turned out that we needed a new faucet, which we had on hand, and Luis installed it with professionalism and attention to detail. We will be calling Dwyer for future plumbing needs, and I will request Luis, if he is available.

Description of Work: We had a laundry room drain that has been backing up a lot. They power washed the pipe then used a camera to show us the broken pipe which was causing the periodic backup. We are getting an estimate to fix the pipe.

Description of Work: Gasket leak around garbage grinder in the sink. Technician came promptly as promised, repaired the leak immediately, left the work area clean.

Description of Work: HVAC INSPECTION. Good company, well thought of. Service tech made an incorrect statement. Showed up with hardware and a contract which he didn't mention and which didn't fit the facts of 1st appoint. Owner/supervisor was biligerent on the phone. Most importantly, they made me the customer feel like the bad guy here. I don't work at Dwyer.
