The plumber called when on the way and arrived on time. The plumber was clean, courteous, and efficient. The plumber consulted appropriately with me when he found that the toilet had been incorrectly installed and discussed the options for fixing the installation. The repair was completed quickly and I was invited to inspect the work twice during the repair. All materials were removed and the bathroom was left clean.

They responded within 2 hours of my calling which was wonderful. 2 men arrived, were polite and got the job done. Even with my 5%discount, the bill was $177, which I felt was a bit high

They had to run a new gas line to hook up the stove. They also helped remove a built-in microwave oven. They cleaned up very well. They came on time and did everything that was expected of the job.

The plumbers (there were 2 men, so I guess 1 was a helper), were on time and worked very efficiently. They arrived at 7:30 and were done by 12:30, as estimated. Their work appears to be well done, and they left the floors as clean as they found them. The plumber also made suggestions about keeping the bath tub draining properly.

They were on time, professional, and reasonably priced.

I called on a Friday and got an appointment for the following Monday. Initially, I was only going to have the refrigerator water connection repaired. However, over the weekend, we discovered that a toilet that needed repair was trickier than we were able to handle, and we also realized it would be better to have a professional deal with the faucet replacement. I called Monday morning and was able to add these tasks to the appointment. The plumber showed up early (a plus for me) and was efficient and thorough in his work. Altogether, it took about 2.5 hours, but that included the fact that he needed some additional materials to complete the job, which someone else from his company brought over while he was repairing the sink faucet. I was very pleased with the quality of the work, and the plumber was very pleasant.

The company responded faster than I expected. Nasif was pleasant, professional and completed the work in a timely manner. It was a very positive experience, and I will use them again if I need a plumber. The price seemed reasonable for the work.

I was very pleased that Dwyer's allowed me to postpone the plumber at short notice without. We were wallpapering the half-bath the Sat. before the Monday appointment, but the first wallpaper was hellish. We threw it out, needing to postpone installation of the toilet and new lavatory. When I did call to arrange another appointment, I was scheduled within 3 days and was given a half day window. When the plumber did come, the office called me about 1/2 hr before he arrived. He was at our home about 3 hours. As the drain for the old sink did not line up with the new, he cut back the pipe to the wall, installing new. The charge for installing the new toilet and sink was $727. That seems high to me, but how does one comparison shop such a job? The plumber was polite, neat and professional.

This company has very courteous staff from the phone to the serviceman. The serviceman was clean, and he communicated well. The service was prompt, and repairs were done well.

I phoned the company and received an appointment for the same day. They phoned 1/2 hr. before arriving and arrived during the appointed period. The service worker explained my choices, made suggestions, and explained the work he did and how to use the new valves.

The Dwyer technician arrived on time, was polite and friendly, installed the disposer in less than an hour, and checked out the operation very efficiently. The experience was exceptional.

Bob McDaniel and his crew were always on time, polite, and efficient. The price was reasonable and the work was perfect. Their cleanup was without flaw. The equipment is working perfectly.

THEY ASKED IN ADVANCE WHY I NEEDED A SERVICE CALL SO THAT THE PLUMBER WAS PREPARED. THEY WERE AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE APPOINTMENTS THE NEXT DAY. HE SHOWED UP ON TIME. WHEN THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE PART, HE TOOK IT BACK TO THE SHOP AND CALLED TO EXPLAIN HOW IT WAS GOING TO BE RESOLVED.

THEY ARE A VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIVE COMPANY. THEY ARE A VERY KIND AND FRIENDLY GROUP OF PEOPLE. THEY EVEN STOPPED AT HOME DEPOT ON THEIR WAY OUT AND GOT THE TOILET THAT I REQUESTED. THEY ARE NOT AN EXPENSIVE COMPANY AT ALL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR THE PAST TWELVE YEARS. THEY DO GOOD WORK, ARE PUNCTUAL, AND CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY ARE VERY NICE, AND POLITE. THEY PURCHASED THE FAUCETS THAT THEY INSTALLED FOR ME, AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SELECTION.

DWYER IS A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS AND THE ENTIRE STAFF IS PLEASANT AND ACCOMMODATING. THEY SEND REMINDER POST CARDS SO YOU CAN SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENTS. THE TECHNICIANS DRESS IN UNIFORMS, SHOW THEIR WORK IDENTIFICATION AND COMPLETE THEIR WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER.
