I thought they were very good. They were prompt and helpful.

Very professional plumber, friendly and skilled. Installed toilet in about 45 min. It works beautifully. Only misrepresentation was from the crew on the phone when I called for an estimate, they told me that taking the old toilet away was free. Correction: It is only free, if Dwyer provides/sells the toilet. Otherwise, they charge $60 to remove the old one.

He cleaned up everything when done and took all the trash with him. He solved my problem in one hour! I was extremely pleased with the job and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company! What a delight to have your leak fixed and be so pleased with the result!

THEY CAME OUT ON A SATURDAY. THEY SAVED ME MONEY BY NOT HAVING ME REPLACE THE ENTIRE UNIT. I APPRECIATE THEM GETTING TO ME IN SUCH A TIMELY FASHION. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Installing a disposal and snaking a drain are pretty standard services, yet Dwyers couldn't give me an estimate over the phone and the soonest someone could come to the house for an estimate was 3 weeks. On top of that, they wanted $69.95 just to give an estimate. Very disappointed after reading the other comments here. I hestitate to give an F considering I haven't seen their work, but waiting 3 weeks for an estimate seems absurd to me.

The plumber came out the same day I called and looked everything over to assess what needed to be done. He was very quick and thorough and was able to fix the problem that same day. The woman who answered the phone was also very polite and helpful. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent. Very professional treatment. The only sign they were here is that they replaced a small section of paneling in a wall, and they dug up a small patch of grass near the street. No digging up of the lawn, basement, porch, or walkway, under which the water line runs. Because they didn't need to break through my basement floor, they discounted the price by $200 after they completed the job, without me asking.

The tech, Johno Cain, was very polite, worked quickly and cleaned up all of his mess. I will definitely use them again.

Emergency. Large leak onto basement floor, in approximately 14 inches of line between the tank connection and main house valve; the only way to stop the flow was to turn the pump off and let the tank pressure discharge water until pressure was zero. No water service at all. The plumber arrived one hour and 45 minutes after the call. Excellent. Very polite, competent, effective, neat. Name: Tim. Would readily call him next need. Very, very satisfied. (I spent 40 years working of my life in architecture and construction.)

Plumber was prompt, professional, clean and efficient. All work was done satisfactorily. Obtained referral originally from Angie's list and pleased with reports. I recommend this company! Jose was our plumber.

Dwyer answered my call on one of the hottest weekends of the summer very promptly. The men who did the work were courteous, clean and very hard working. They arrived by 7am and worked steadily until about 3:30. For much of this time they were in an attic with temps over 100. My cost was exactly the same as the estimate.

They did a good job at a reasonable price.

The plumber was on time, explained what he was going to do along with the cost prior to beginning the installation, and efficiently installed the water filter. I was very satisfied with the service and will not hesitate in calling them again.

Dwyer did an excellent job both in the technical arena and in the customer service arena. Some jobs are more than just the simple act of repairing broken pipes. Dwyer's people made recommendations to save us time and money, they reported to our home on time whenever they said they would, and they made sure the work was done right. As a result, we've got a dry basement, a smoothly-functioning shower and a great plumber we'll use again and again.

This is the second time we have used this company in the past month and have been pleased both times. Our technician was courteous and informative. We will continue to use them for any other needs that arise.

I had a very good experience with this company. I submitted a request for service through their website and was contacted promptly the next morning to set up an appointment for estimate purposes. Luis and Charley were on time for the appointment, carefully evaluated my situation, and agreed that the request for a sump pump installation would be the best solution. They thoroughly explained what would be entailed and set up a time to perform the work that would fit into my schedule. The day of installation, (yesterday) they worked through the rain from 9:30am to 6:20pm. Breaking concrete, installing and laying pipe and sump system, hauling gravel, etc. They were very professional, explaining as they went, and demonstrating the successful installation at the end of the job. There was a hitch in that the company truck wasn't available to haul out the debris, but I have been assured they'll be here today. Also, Luis knew nothing of new customer 5% discount, but accommodated me anyway.

They had no problem scheduling an appointment that was convenient for me. The plumber arrived on time, and he took the time to explain the problems I had and how he would repair them. He provided estimates for other services at my request (recommend doing this to avoid $69.95 service fee on future jobs).

Duane was on time and very helpful and courteous. He quickly assessed the underlying problem (lack of a regulator valve on main shutoff) and wrote me a quote minus the assessment fee for next (which is still the best one after calling around).

They ''forgot'' to come one day so I had to take a second day off from work. Water heater seems to work fine, and the plumbers were friendly, professional and cleaned up when they were finished.

Dwyer came the same day we called them. That was great. The two plumbers were on time and very polite. I wish they had consulted me before replacing the valve. Would have been nice to make that decision myself. Their charge was a bit high, but the work was good.

Customer Service rep was very friendly, and set up immediate appointments. Plumbers were friendly. 3 out of 4 tasks were done very well, and at reasonable cost. Work on 4th task (sink faucet) had problems-- first plumber didn't have parts, but estimated $40, second plumber came and said that $150 of parts required. He did work, but left without checking results, which were incomplete. He came back and got it right. Cost of 4th task still to be determined. To their credit, they are considering the $40-$150 discrepancy.
