They are a very reliable company. We are pleased with the flexible hours as they came quickly to repair the leak and explained what they were doing in detail. I would recommend this company to others.

I will definitely use this company again especially because they saved us a bunch of money on the last visit. The plumber did excellent work and they do exactly what they say they are going to do. I would highly recommend them.

I called about 11 a.m. for service. The woman who answered had someone to our home within two hours. They were very professional and detail oriented, performed the work quickly and expertly. They also fixed the front faucet and didn't charge us for that work (it had been feeding backward causing a leak under the house).

The service went well. First the person that took my call was very professional and answered my questions. The service was scheduled promptly for the next day. The service person showed up on time and adequately performed the service requested and for the price quoted. I am very pleased with the service received.

What he did on the shower worked well. I felt the price was a little high.

They were courteous and professional from start to finish. Their estimator was creative and considerate compared to other companies. The installers were helpful and they did a very good job.

Service man, Jalil Amin, was at neighbor's house, servicing their system on a very hot morning 6-18-07. When he finished there, I contacted him and asked if he could check my upstairs and downstairs exterior units as they were not cooling well. He phoned his dispatcher to get the OK to go to my house before continuing his rounds. Dispatcher said OK. He discovered that a one of the fans on one unit was running backward and reversed it. He checked the freon levels in both units; they were very low. He refilled the units with freon and checked out the systems. Mr. Amin was very polite and appeared to know what needed to be done.

I called for service and the current day was not available, but the next day, a first in the first slot was available. Since it was not an emergency, this was OK. The time slot was at 8-10. The technician showed at 8:15. Took a look, confirmed the problem, made an estimate cost and time. He completed the job within the time estimate.

THEY HAD TO CUT AN AREA IN THE CEILING TO GET TO THE PIPE, WHICH WAS NOT AN EASY JOB. THEY WERE FANTASTIC AND PROMPT.

The ordeal went smoothly. Luis was very professional and showed me the leak and what he needed to do to fix it. He covered the area with dropcloths before he started work and when he was finished he cleaned up after himself. He seemed very experienced in his work.

Great. They were able to come out within a day or two of calling (a non-emergency situation). The company called 30 minutes before arrival to say the guy was on his way. The technician was pleasant, friendly, kept me informed as he found things out. Luckily, the broken pipe did not require ripping out any tile. The technician noticed out that the toilet in that bathroom was leaking, and offered to fix it. In the end, the toilet parts cost more than the pipe repair, which required a fair amount of banging and physical labor to fix, but he did not charge for the new piece of pipe or taking apart the kitchen faucet and cleaning out some slimy gunk that was holding up the works.

Pretty well, we initially thought it was the toilet and had the plumber check the seal on that. He opened up the damaged ceiling below a bit more to air it out and to check for any additional leaks. Since things had been dry for a while there weren't many signs of active leaks. We left the ceiling open to air things out and to monitor for additional leaks. We are going to call them again as we noticed a different leak in the same area that could be the culprit.

Dwyer Plumbing, and service technician Clifford, have restored my faith that there are still companies and people who understand what customer service means. Dwyer was able to schedule my appointment on the day and at the time I wanted, called the day prior to confirm, and called the morning of to alert me that the technician would be there shortly. Clifford was very, very thorough, explained everything he was doing, made the repairs quickly and efficiently and even made suggestions to avoid future problems. I unreservedly recommend Dwyer for any HVAC issues.

Not well. It turns out the stem was right, but the handle wasn't. He told me to go to home depot and buy a new one. As for the leak, he said to "push it in" and that might help. It helps a little, but the least he could of done is reseated the thing. No charge for the limited work, but the $69 site visit.

Great customer service during initial call. Scheduled work for next morning. Plumbers arrived promptly, gave solid explanations during initial conversation, provided quick estimate, received all parts needed to complete the work that day. Where the plumbers anticipated possible problems, they explained which option they would try first, what could go wrong, and what the back up plan was. Called with updates and questions regarding choices and found an even better way to fix a problem than they originally came up with. Gave good explanations at the end of the day as well as answered some additional questions re: other plumbing issues. The work done in the bathroom was beautiful. Existing pipes the came straight up from the floor to the sink were beautifully angled at floor level to tuck behind a pedestal sink. Work was neat.

I was extremely pleased with the work done. I had trouble finding plumbing companies willing to give me an estimate in a timely fashion. With Dwyer's, I called on Friday afternoon and a technician called the following Monday saying he was on his way. I met him expecting only to receive an estimate, but when he took a look at the problem and told me he was prepared to complete the work that day, I agreed. He seemed very confident in the work required and came prepared with all the tools necessary to complete the job. The area in which the leak occurred was not on my property, and after finishing the work, he backfilled and left the area better than it originally looked. He reviewed the work area with me and explained what caused the leak and what he did to fix it.

Our attic a/c unit, which cools the second floor, had leaked water through the ceiling into our bedroom. We called Dwyer and the phone was answered immediately (by a real person!), who was cheerful and efficient, and scheduled a crew to come right out. 15-20 minutes later, 2 polite, friendly guys showed up, checked out the problem, told us that although they couldn't fix it, they would get the correct crew here before the end of the day. A few hours later two more polite, friendly young men showed up, diagnosed the problem, and did a thorough and competent job fixing it, leaving our system working better than it had in years.

They did a great job. Very satisfied!! Signed up for their heating and cooling check up.

The plumber was exceptionally fast, professional and friendly. I had another appointment to keep and when I let him know he did his very best to quickly assess the problem, fix it and write up the work. Highly recommend Dwyer Plumbing.

2 technicians came promptly, did the work quickly as well as checking a number of related issues I was not aware of. Did a nice job of diagnosing problems as well as giving advice on how to better manage the heating system...like mentioning the set back thermostat was set too low for this type of system.

It went very well. The company was very professional in its initial response to me, and the workers who came by my house were very polite and professional. They performed the necessary work quickly and to excellent satisfaction.

Made appointment the day before, was told that the Technician would arrive between 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM, but that I would receive a call when he would be on his way. Received the next morning a call at 7:45AM from the company with the message the the Technician was on his way. Technician arrived at 8:00 AM. We discussed what we would like to have done and our problem with the fridge. He first looked at everything and explained what might be going on and what he could do to fix it. Technician worked on items till noon.

The technician opened the unit and checked operating parts and the filter. He then checked the thermostat and made a couple of runs between the furnace and thermostat. He told me the unit would require work in the spring before using the air conditioning and suggested a carbon monoxide detector. He also made recommendations on the use of my vents.

The plumber repaired everything in under 90 minutes.

From start to finish the job was performed in a prompt, professional manner. I would recommend them and definitely hire them again.
