Great experience. Since these were not emergency jobs I was able to pick the day during the week for service. These were two quick jobs that were handled very professionally, and the tech did not even mind having my look over his shoulder-just so I could learn about what he was doing. Price was on target, the work well done, and neat. Highly reccomend and will use again.

They were available to come the same day I called, but the DW hadn't been delivered and I hadn't even removed the cabinet to make space. They showed up on-time and got right to work. Went very smoothly-we signed a AC/furnace inspection contract which gave us 10% off all plumbing work during the contract. Installation went beautifully and they cleaned up after themselves. Price was about 20% less than my usual plumber and the work was just as professional-so I now have a new usual plumber.

Great in all areas. Was pleased w/ all aspects of the transaction and installation. So happy that I now have a maintenance agreement w/ Dwyer.

After initially responding to a backup in our main sewer line (on a Saturday) Dwyer snaked it out and found many roots in the line. Days later they sent a guy with a camera to look inside the pipe and found that it needed to be replaced. They inspected the site and contacted the city about digging. It took 2.5 days of work to dig down in our yard and a in a corner of the basement to replace the pipe. They did a masterful job of leaving intact a brick landscaping wall and our beautiful crepe myrtle tree.

The process to obtain the estimate went well. The plumber was professional and took time to ask me questions about my home, take the proper measurements, etc. I got a written estimate shortly after the visit. I didn't end up going with this firm since the price was a little less than double another bid I received from another plumbing firm for the same job. Due to their steep bid, I wouldn't rate them highly on price.

Over the last few years, when winter comes the hot water baseboard heating system could never keep up with heating the house - it was always cold. Dwyer did several things to diagnose why and found that the hot water heater was set too low, there was no "bleeding to be done" and that the thermostat on the main level was functioning at a lesser degree of heat - in other words, we had to set it up higher - 75 degrees to obtain a real temp of 72 degrees. It turned out to be a simple thing but I was happy that they did a full review to rule out anything major. They were very professional, cleaned up the area well and made a good impression.

It has been fantastic and they were wonderful. I had so many questions for them, before they came, while they were here and after they left. They answered all those questions. I would highly recommend them.

Called them at 5:00am on the coldest morning of the year. They already had many calls in front of them. They returned the call at 8:30amd and said they could take us if we were home. They arrived at 9:00am and started to open up the ceiling to find the broken pipe. Only minor issue is they opened up some walls looking for the broken pipe when they had already opened up the point in the ceiling and could have found the break at that point if they would have moved some insulation. Took an extra 30 minutes to find the leak and will cost some additional funds to repair drywall. They did the repair professionally and cleaned up after themselves.

I was able to get an appointment within a few days of calling, and I was very pleased that Dwyer offers first-call appointments between 7:30 and 8:30 so I did not have to take time off of work. The technician arrived around 7:30, after the company had called to notify me when he was on his way. After quickly determining what the problem was and fixing it, the technician stayed to observe the sump pump, explained to me how it and the backup pump worked, and answered my questions about it with patience. He even offered tips on how to air out the smell that had permeated the basement from the non-functioning pump. At no point did I feel he was trying to gauge me for more money; he fixed the problem I asked him to and only charged me the standard service fee, which was reasonable.

I was very pleased that Dwyer offers first-call appointments between 7:30 and 8:30, so I did not have to take time off from work. The company called me the morning of the appointment to let me know the technician was on his way, and he arrived around 7:40. He did not seem rushed, and took the time to explain the system to me as he went through the inspection. I felt that he was giving me honest advice, and he did not try to push any expensive repairs on me, basically saying the system was overall fine. He even replaced the air filter.

They were excellent. Probably the best plumber I have had. He showed me everything and told me what I needed to do. I have had three plumbers working on the same issue, and he was able to show me what was wrong and what was needed.

It went very well. The service technician was very knowledgeable and was willing to answer all my questions, including those (about hot water boiler) not directly related to furnace.

They did fine work and they were available quickly to come. I thought that it was a little bit pricey for what the work was done.

I was very pleased not only because of their good work, but because they guarantee their work. I had to call them back the next day and they were very responsive. They came back and fixed it. I appreciate that they came on a Saturday and they did tell me there would be an extra charge. They did a good clean up after themselves.

Showed at appointed time. Search for possible leak done very professionally, result: it is not a leaking pipe. Other work done very efficiently, even fixed my screen door to the patio which was sticking.

Somehow our disposal became very tightly jammed. After trying to free the mechanism myself, I called Dwyer because we've had a good experience with them for our HVAC service. The plumber arrived on time, spoke well and was generally very professional. He too tried to manually work the mechanism loose, but was unable to do so, even after taking the unit out from under the sink to get better leverage. To his credit, he did work at it for about 20-25 minutes before saying that he thought that we needed a new unit. I consented and he installed a new Badger 5 for us. At every stage of the process, he was courteous and seemed to do thorough work. Then he brought me the invoice which totaled to $500. $70 for the service call, no problem. $75 for parts and labor, ok fine. $355 for the Badger 5, ouch! Never having replaced a disposal though, I had no frame of reference and took my lumps. That said, I just got to work and found out that a home improvement store sells the Badger 5 for about $90 and wish that I had thanked him for his time and installed a new one myself. At least, if I had bought my own and couldn't figure out how to install it, I could have called them back and probably only been charged for another service call. As I said, the guy that came to my house was great and I don't doubt that we needed a new disposal, but $355 for something that can be purchased for less than $100 seems a little excessive, especially when parts and labor are a separate line item on the invoice.

I've been using them for 2 years and I am amazed at their customer service. They call and ask you when is a good time to come. If they are going to be late, they call you. They do great work.

The gentlemen were very professional and courteous when they arrived. They immediately looked for the best entrance point to bring the water heater in with least impact on the flooring. They were also very responsive to my questions and I feel they gave me honest answers. I signed a contract to service our air conditioner and heating units that day so I received 10% off of my heater which paid for the contract ($150). I had an appointment scheduled 2 days later to check the heating system (hence the contract) and booked a 12-5 window. At 4:30 I received a call saying it would be about another hour until the technician arrived. Since we have not moved-in yet and I made a special trip to the house and waited for 5 hours. I asked them to reschedule with a smaller window. If you can, shoot for the morning slots as they are more likely to be punctual, as is the case with most companies.

Tim and David arrived at the early end of the time window I had been given and got down to work. It was obvious from the start that they knew what they were doing, and although the job was relatively simple they were very professional in their approach. They were very neat, extremely polite, and it was pleasure to have them in our home.

We called Dwyer because they had serviced the unit the previous year. The plumber arrived on time, assessed the situation and unclogged the pipe quickly and efficiently.

They scheduled an appointment sooner than I expected and came within the time promised. Work was done well and professionally.

They give excellent customer service and their technicians are very knowledgeable and responsive.

Dwyer did an excellent job. The gentleman who did the work was fantastic and provided lots of information and explanation. Very much appreciated their work.

My tenants initially called me about a loud noise they heard when they turned on faucets in the kitchen and 2 of the 3 bathrooms. It had been going on for a while. I had used Dwyer Plumbing before to replace the tenant's kitchen faucet and they were pleased with Dwyer's work. So I called Dwyer's and explained the "noise" and was told that for a flat fee of $69.95 a technician would come and diagnose the problem. We live 2+ hours from the rental unit and asked Dwyer's if they could set an appt window smaller than their usual 4 hour window. They agreed to a 2 hr window and the 2 technicians arrived 10 minutes early. They listened to our explanation of the problem and determined that the water pressure coming into the house was too high an indication that the water pressure regulating valve was not functioning properly. After they replaced the valve, we asked them to look at a couple of other small plumbing issues--low flow out of a bathroom sink faucet; spillover when the dishwasher was running; a toilet that took to long too shut off after flushing and a dripping outside faucet. With each problem, they told us what they would do to repair it and how much it would cost. We were very pleased with the professionalism of the lead plumbing technician, Najib Kabiri and his ability to explain in plain English what was wrong and what the repair would be. We ended up taking care of a number of plumbing issues during one visit. I will certainly use Dwyer's again.
