They come twice a year to check the a/c or heater. They replaced my whole system about 10 years ago, for a good price because of the service contract. They came on an emergency basis one weekend because my Carbon Monoxide alarm went off. They always come when they say they will (they give you a several hour time range when they will come), are professional, and clean up nicely. Price seems to be in line with others, not cheaper, and I am willing to pay for good service.

It was wonderful! The technician was very knowledgeable, responded quickly, and charged a reasonable price.

Problem: Garbage grinder (Insinkerator) did not operate. |Dwyer came promptly, declared it an electrical problem. Recommended Becker Electric Company. Charged $70 for the visit, $40 for half an hour. |Becker came after two days, replaced wall switch for $101. |$200 to replace a $10 seems painfully steep.

A qualified maybe on using them again after my contract is up. The technician performed a contract inspection on my heating system and installed a filter in my HEPA Air Purification system. Inspection went fine; HEPA filter installation requires another visit and technician did not know the cost of the part. If you supply a part, you should know how much I have to pay for it

The technician was on time and did all necessary to inspect the heating system and humidifier.

The work went on smoothly as always. We have worked with Dwyer Plumbing for a long time. The changed the heating and air conditioning in our Vienna house in 2011 and have been checking on them for us regularly. It's a good company, and we recommend it highly.

Prompt. And when first fix didn't stay fixed, caned back and did further repairs at no cost.

We had a number of maintenance activities to correct: leaking faucets, low flow, etc. The technician, Luis, arrived right on time, was very thorough, explained everything, and corrected everything.

The Dwyer plumber did a very good job, but Dwyer as a company robs the customer with their ridiculous $69.00 visit fee, which they do NOT apply to any subsequent repair. It is RIDICULOUS! We complained, but got no meaningful response. There are so many better plumbing companies that charge less per visit and allow you to apply any visit charge toward the repair. We will never use Dwyer again. Don't be fleeced by this company.

Dwyer always delivers. I've never had a problem with them and they are my go-to guys when it comes to anything plumbing related. Their techs know their stuff, are courteous, always clean up afterwards and getting an appointment with them is always easy to do. I almost always get someone to come out the very same day of my call. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

As usual, all work done quickly and well. However, cost is quite large, also as usual.

We get a card from Dwyer twice a year when it's time to service the unit. We call and make an appointment and they arrive promptly. The service takes approx. 20 minutes. They will change the filter for the unit if I have a replacement ready for them. They always do a good job and I have never had a negative experience with them.

They are the kind of company whom you feel comfortable in your home. They are professional and we have never had any problems with their work. We would highly recommend them.

The $75 was for a plumber to come to my condo. He was VERY punctual and VERY nice. It ended up being something that my condo maintenance staff should have been able to fix for free, so I did not pay him to do the service. He did fix my 2 other small things and did not charge me (he just included it in the $75). He also talked me through what it was that I needed to do to fix the problem I had.

The Dwyer technician had already been at the unit a week back to take a look at why the AC wasn't cooling. The tenants had observed some ice build-up but the Dwyer technician attributed this to the Freon requiring charging. A week later there was flooding at the base of the unit and this time, the diagnosis was because there was a blockage in the condensation drain pipe. When I asked the technician whether he was sure, he was confident almost to the point of cockiness and sent Nitrogen through the pipes to clean up the "blockage". Needless to say, three days later, the flooding recurred and this time some other part needed to be replaced. I am not satisfied with the quality of Dwyer technicians at diagnosing and fixing the problem.

They are a great company. They are a very honest, trustworthy, and you get your money's worth. They know their business, and are extremely competent. I would recommend them highly.

It turned out excellent, and I was really happy. They are very helpful, and knowledgeable. I am really pleased with their service. They gave me a superb price on the heat pump. I highly recommend them. They have the proper licenses, and they come on time. I think they are very honest. They did some service above and beyond for me.

I speak very highly of them. I have been using them for close to 40 years now. They originally sold the business, but who they sold it to was so bad that the son bought the business back. They will send the person that I request to checkup on the units.

The technician (Rick) was on time and very professional. Our A/C was not working so he inspected the system and determined we had a small leak and thus were low on refrigerant. He answered all my questions and gave me some tips on maintaining the system. I would definitely use this provider again and recommend it to others.

2 plumbers arrived on time. guess second plumber was assisting. Lead plumber fixed leak with a new metal flange instead of replacing with a plastic one. I'll never have to worry about that problem again. I was surprised that they responded the same day I called. I like that.
