They're excellent. I've had them for a long time. I've gotten my furnaces and my air conditioners through them. I think very highly of them. I have a contract and it's in the ballpark of $130 a year where they come and they check out my systems. It included my air conditioner and my furnace to make sure everything is running okay. It's seasonal. I wasn't charged because everything has been running smoothly. It's part of the inspection for the units that I paid for by contract. If they do need to make a repair, they have somebody do it right there. I've been doing business for so long. They're fair and they're efficient. I can rely on them. I've had my units put in by them and they've been fine. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Cost was for maintenance contract renewal. I have been a Dwyer customer for many years and am always happy with their service.

We have been customers for over 20 years and they have been consistently excellent. Work has ranged from installing new hot water heater, repairing central AC, providing heating/AC extensions to basement during renovation, sump pumps, and general maintenance of systems. The technicians are polite and helpful and since they have low turnover, there has been continuity in our relationships over a long period. This has been helpful in emergency situations--like recent leaking from old hot water heater that resulted in a 3am visit because I couldn't find main water valve. I highly recommend them and have referred friends to them many times over the years. In sum, they are a company that makes every effort to provide excellent work and customer service.

During the bitter cold we recently experienced, I woke up one morning with no heat and frozen pipes. I called Dwyer Plumbing, and Debbie dispatched the manager of the HVAC division, Jalil, who expertly diagnosed and repaired the heat pump issues. Debbie also dispatched Guillermo from the plumbing division to diagnose why I had no water. Because the heat had gone out, the pipes had frozen. Rather than run the clock waiting for the house to heat back up and see if the pipes defrosted, Guiilermo left leaving me his cell number. Unfortunately the pipes did not defrost, so Guillermo came back the following day and traced the pipes that were frozen and blew them dry until they defrosted. I was thrilled to not only have water, but was extremely grateful that the pipes did not burst. Guillermo subsequently wrapped the pipes so that they do not freeze again. Great service.

They are knowledgeable and have saved me from more than one emergency situation, including a blown faucet. They replaced the HVAC system in my current home, professionally, at a very reasonable price, and their follow-up maintenance has been detailed and complete.

Since I've been in my home, they've installed two new air handlers, heat pumps, water heaters, thermostats and humidifiers. They are an excellent company - very professional, timely and trustworthy. I highly recommend this company!

They are great people, honest, caring and do wonderful work. This call cost me nothing and the manager came right away. I'm a big fan of Dwyer. They may not be the cheapest but they are a value and you'll have a long term relationship with them.

Dwyer is the only plumbing company I use. They are always very professional. Last month I had a leaky toilet fixed. The technician was early and had the problem fixed in 10 minutes. I highly recommend them.

Fast, courteous, excellent service.

Have used Dwyer since 1973, and they have installed and replaced furnaces, AC, hot water heaters, toilets, faucets in 3 homes. I did have problems last January with furnace that had parts ordered but man did not want to install at the time, but later replaced motherboard and coils and every thing worked fine. |Repairmen usually are right on target to fix any and all problems.

I am happy with them and my parents have been using them for years...it's in the family. They are on time and know their information. they are clean and honest.

They were great as usual, on time, dependable and thorough.

The technician inspected the furnace and installed some parts into my air purification system. Workwise, it went fine, but the technician had no idea how much to charge me as he was not informed of such by the parts department. This is the second time this has happened, and it's not acceptable to me. If it happens again, I will think twice about renewing my contract with Dwyer.

They are very good to work with. Can't think of any negatives at all. We highly recommend them.

They are prompt, friendly and willing to answer questions. Since I have used them, they have installed a new furnace, humidifier, compressor.
