Very professional, quick service.

We made contact on-line on Monday and received an almost immediate response to set up an appointment. They wanted to come out that day, but Thursday was best for us. Geovanny arrived at 7:30 a.m. He found the leak behind our dishwasher (we couldn't figure out where the water had been coming from). He had to cut into the wall to reach and repair the pipe after pulling out the dishwasher. He then moved on to repair the drain pipe from our master bedroom shower. This was "repaired" (under home warranty) a year ago by a contractor with the home warranty company. Geovanny installed a proper drain pipe for the shower. He explained all the repairs to us before he did them. He was polite, courteous and professional. He cleaned up after himself and was very patient with all of our questions. I thought the price was definitely fair for the amount of work that had to be done to repair the leaking pipes. With an aging home, we would definitely use Dwyer Plumbing again.

We're very happy with Dwyer Plumbing. I needed a part, it was in the middle of a cold snap and my heating went down, I needed a part, the manufacturer said it would take 5 to 7 days an then Dwyer arranged it so it was overnight express. They provided temporary heaters. They did great work. They were a little pricey. They did more than they promised.

They did a great job, prompt and courteous service.

Great. The technician responded within two hours and gave guidance to my tenants on how to thaw it out without having to use a blow torch. Within three hours the water was flowing again. Would definitely use again.

Wonderfully! I called Dyer after trying to unclog the drain myself. I spoke to Pam on the phone at about noon, explained my problem and she said she would have a plumber out to me by 3 and that he would call me before he came over. about an hour and a half later Georgio called to confirm my service request and to say he would be there in 20 minutes. He was right on time. He came in and examined the drains and after some questions about what had happened so far he gave me an estimate for what he believed needed to be done and cautioned me that a tree in my front yard that was sitting over the main drain line could be problem that would require more work. The price was acceptable, and he and his helper began right away. They were very efficient in setting up, worked very well together and it was clear they were very experienced. The used floor protectors and were even good about cleaning up their work area after. I could not say the same for a national chain drain tech whom I had used a few years previously. The bill was what Georgio had quoted me, they were fast, clean and answered all my questions. I would recommend them with the feeling that I was doing the person who asked me favor.

The technician was fantastic. He came out immediately and even waited at the house until someone else brought the necessary parts to fix it. It took him over all about 5-6 hours to completely fix it and get it working again. He also added over a pound of coolant. I was extremely pleased and would recommend them for any HV/AC needs.

It went very well. The plumber was very good. He identified that we had a small leak in the pipes because of their age.

They generally do excellent work, but the real issue is that they are very, very expensive. They installed a low HP powered $60 food grinder (priced at Lowe's) and charged us $300.00+ !!!! When I complained to Dwyer about the noisy and low quality of the grinder, they offered to replace it with a better one for an additional $350. Previously we used them for a new shower-bath remodel (and about 4 other times). We thought they were expensive then,but did not do price comparison. The food grinder was too obvious and there was no "because-you're-a-good-customer" consideration. Since then we remodeled a kitchen,and three other bathrooms, We found high quality work by another company at much better prices and service. The other part of the above experience was the technician who came out offered to come back and install the unit on his time for lesser money. I'm sure that happens often. As mentioned above their work is very dependable, but, you will be paying much bigger bucks for it.

I find their folks to be professional courteous and genuinely concerned about doing things right and honestly.

It was done quickly and accurately.

The service technician was able to resolve issues with the humidifier and the hot water heater in a single service call. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.

Called hoping for a same-day appointment; was told they'd be there by 2:00, possibly before noon. Technician arrived at 9:30 a.m.! Guillermo provided excellent info on why old sump pump should be replaced (I knew it should be; old pump anywhere from 12-30 years old, and was sounding very strange), how better to position the new one, what he would recommend as a new one (coincidentally, the exact model I'd researched). In short order, the new pump was in, along with required new pipe fittings (which were minimal; he did not sell me any more than I needed). New sump pump is efficient and quiet. I know some here have thought the prices were a little high, but in this instance I expected to pay almost-exactly this much, so am very pleased. I'm picky, even a bit wary at times, but this could not have gone better. Would highly recommend Dwyer Plumbing and Guillermo!

Dwyer is somewhat more expensive, but they do good work.

They are excellent. They were very professional. When we called to make an appointment, we didn't have to wait long for it to be scheduled and for someone to come. There were two plumbers who came. They were very conscientious, and they explained to us what had been going wrong with the one toilet and what the repair was. They told us that it wasn’t anything major. We had problems with the second toilet, and I wasn’t happy with the work of the previous people. So I wanted Dwyer to check it out, which they did. We wanted to get a new toilet seat cover for that one. We told them what we wanted, and they provided it. They came back a few days later to put it on. Their efficiency in setting up their staff as far as being professional and setting up the appointment stood out for us. They were here when they said they were going to be. The gentlemen that were here were very nice and very professional, and they talked with us. They showed us this is what the issue was, so that we understood what was going on. We would absolutely use them again in the future; they would be the first people to call.

Install was fine. But product quality is very poor.

. I was exceedingly happy with the service. I called them at 10 PM one evening and left a voice message. They responded at 8 AM the next day. I told them what I had that failed and they priced this as a replacement, a smaller'larger unit, a higher efficiency unit and a different manufacturer. They also offered to come out and see the old unit. I liked the idea of options. I selected a replacement after looking at Consumer Reports due to the warranty . They offered to replace it at 10 AM, if I was available, which I was. They also gave me a significant discount because I had used them before (about $400) and a price reduction because they did not have to make two trips, one to estimate and one to replace. I liked the discounts. ( I did price shop too) The plumbers were very efficient, very friendly, very curteous, very knowledgeble, and very professional. They left the house better than before they arrived. Can't beat that! Everything was done within 3-4 hours. .

My Trane heatpump was the first in my condo neighborhood to be put in a closet as opposed to ceiling. It went very well, and no problem with equipment or quality of work. Plumbing work has been many. Quality of work has been exceptional for all cases.

When I needed a new heater, a/c, and water heater in the past I got good deals because of the contract. One time my CO2 alarm went off and they quickly came to look into it. They always come when they say they will and always have knowledgeable, professional service people. They give me logical answers and do not try to sell me stuff I do not need. For instance, I asked one guy about my oldish programmable thermostat, and he said there was no need to replace it because it was a good brand and model, and will continue to work fine. I think their price is about the same as others, but I have not done a detailed look at that.

Parts were not available so it had to be replaced. While technician was removing old faucet we went to store for replacement faucet (which we had previously identified) and returned just as he finished removal. Installation went quickly. The faucet works well.

replaced the the mechanisam in a leaky Dwyer provided same-day service unclog major obstruction in kitchendrain that rendered the sink unusable, Oscar went to work with precision and, although the job took several hours, he was able to locate and eliminate the clog 40 feet down in the pipe. While he was at it, he fixed the bathroom faucet. I am quit pleased with his professionalism and good attitude on a cold and pre-snow. day. I give this provider an A for price which, although a bit high, is money well spent for value received.
