Description of Work: Representative was not very punctual but once he arrived, he was very thorough in assessing the situation and very honest about how we, as homeowners, should proceed. We were expecting to hear some astronomical figure to correct the water/moisture problem but that was not the case. The rep recommended some things we could do before spending a lot of money unnecessarily.

Description of Work: We had significant water intrusion issues in our basement window wells and a malfunctioning sump pump system. JT Eberline came out to do an estimate. We had contacted an engineering company prior to contacting Desert Dry and they had recommended a +$25K major project to fix our problem. JT assessed the problem, told us how they usually fix these problems, and gave us an estimate of ~$3500.00. The crew showed up as scheduled, were very professional and careful as they installed the system. I observed the whole process and they were very accomodating in letting me observe. They installed a drain along the edge of the basement foundation, installed a new sump pump with battery backup and cleaned the whole area afterwards. Whole process took about 6 hours. They know what they are doing! The results have been incredible. We have had no water issues whatsoever since the fix. I would recommend them (and I have) to anyone.

Description of Work: Desert Dry buried pipes under ground to prevent water from my roof puddling on the ground, thereby, causing problems to my foundation. Four workmen arrived early and stayed late. By the time they finished (the same day) all work was completed sucessfullly. We are very pleased. Afer digging and installing the PVC drainage pipes, they very carefully, landscaped the areas which were disturb. Today, you can barely ascertained that the areas were ever disturbed. Great crew!!!!
