DBS Roofing

These guys not only called back, most did not, but they came out the next business day! A quick fix with no drama! I have used DBS for years. They have replaced my 3 roofs, installed 4 skylights and dealt with other gutter problems I had since I have lived here. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a wonderful roof contractor!

Problem resolved! Outstanding performance and customer service! Donald Paine and his team exemplify the qualities customers love to see; professionalism, responsiveness, courteous service and respectful of your home. They even took their shoes off upon entering and exiting the house. My spouse thought that was really great! They know their craft and can explain the problem and solution in terms the non-practitioner will understand. Identifying the “root” cause of my problem took a little perseverance. The team keep me informed every step of the way. There were no surprises. DBS has earned a solid recommendation from me. Steve and Donald kept me informed every step of the way. Weather caused the schedule to slip, and they were very responsive. The crew slightly dented a piece of siding. I didn't notice the damage, but they pointed it out to me. That kind of integrity is priceless. A thorough inspection was done at the end of the work The new roof looks great.

DBS Roofing showed up on time from day one and each roofer was polite, professional, and courteous. Each day they checked in with us to let us know they arrived and were getting ready to start and they let us know when their day was complete. Each day they cleaned up after themselves and when they were finished there was no evidence of them being at our home other than our beautiful new roof.

DBS Roofing was prompt and competitive with their estimate and price. It was a 2 day job and the roof was left completely waterproof at the end of day one, even though shingles were not yet on the roof. Any additional work that required additional cost was always communicated to and approved by me prior to the work being done. Clean up after the work was great....the crew left the outside of the house in the same condition as when they started the work. I am pleased with the work that DBS Roofing did and have already recommended them to two friends who have also been happy with the work.

The integrity of the patch performed in 2013 proved to be solid. No leaks have occurred in any area where DBS Roofing performed work. I was able to track down the source of water damage at the second ceiling location to a micro-leak in a copper pipe plumbing joint which developed years after the plumbing was installed. After the joint was repaired there has been no further leaking. By working with me to verify the integrity of the work they performed, DBS helped me to find and correct the real problem which was not related to their work. DBS Roofing has been great! Thanks.

Bottom line, the "fix" worked great and the drain should last another 20 years which is approximately the next time we will be replacing the roof, also successfully installed by DBS Roofing. This is a great company and I highly recommend them for your commercial roofing repairs, maintenance and replacement.

After contacting at least a dozen general contractors, home improvement companies, roofers, and sun room specialists and having been unable to find a company that had both the capability and requisite reputation to undertake , I finally found DBS Roofing. Not only was DBS willing to undertake what the faint-of-heart might have found a bit risky, but if also turned out to be an accredited Better Business Bureau member with an A+ rating and had received excellent reviews The company exceeded my expectations in every way. Beginning with the comprehensive, thoroughly professional inspection of the sun room and site, to which James, DBS's outgoing, super-helpful, and obviously exceptionally knowledgeable inspector/estimator devoted fully two hours, the project was off to an auspicious start after James delivered a compelling, all-inclusive work proposal, along with an estimate that turned out to be more than fair and reasonable on the basis of the extensive work that needed to be done. The DBS crew, headed by Buster, one of the co-owners of the company, and his team mates, Sosa and Jorge, were truly amazing. Buster personally outlined what needed to be done and then either remained present during the major repairs or, during fairly routine work, stopped by frequently to make sure that everything proceeded according to plan. Sosa and Jorge, too, were highly-skilled technicians who required little additional guidance once the work was underway. They were absolutely tireless, dedicated to, and conscientious in their work, and, in spite of my trying to encourage them to take an occasional breather in the hot afternoon sun, took only a single lunch break all day. No challenge proved too great, including applying wood consolidator/strengthener to the exposed cavities at the ends of the roof beams and then filling them with structural epoxy. The end result was a new-looking, professionally-finished sun room roof that I can be proud of again and that I expect to be watertight for many years to come. Super job, DBS Roofing! Five stars! You have my vote and I will not hesitate to recommend you with total confidence.

They did excellent work as far as roof was concerned. But taking the old roof off, particles from the old roof, which included sand and tar, filtered through the roof rafters and coated the inside of the house, which the house cleaners had to clean up, eventually. So, that part of the work was a very serious problem. They did an excellent job on the roof itself as far as I can tell. My interaction with them was good. The work turned out good. They didn't fix the issue.

Very easy company to deal with, although a bit pricey. Am unable to access roof to check on quality but far so good: no leaks.

DBS was prompt in returning my initial call and prompt in setting up the appointment for a roof inspection/estimate. The DBS representative was on time, courteous and polite. The estimate was turned around quickly. Unfortunately, I need to save up for this project as I was not anticipating a complete roof replacement. Thank goodness for a mild winter.

Good about setting up time to look at the needed work. Got it done on schedule and were excellent about explaining what needed to be done and what didn't!

Roof was inspected as a result of a "house inspection" for us to finalize sale. DBS installed roof 7 1/2 years ago and did a fine job. Other home owners in area also use and appreciate DBS.

DBS Roofing was recommended to me by a friend in the commercial property management business. I was very impressed with their responsiveness to my request for a roof replacement estimate. I researched and received quotes from four other roofing companies. DBS provided me with the same high quality roof (GAF architectural shingles) at a much lower price that the other companies. They were very customer friendly and completed the work in the time specified. The quality of the work is excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal for a quality product.

Both the individual providing me estimate and the workers were on time. The estimate was on target and the work was performed on time and as promised. The workers kept me informed at all times of the progress.
