Description of Work: After several visits to my residence to fix the A/C I was assured that the unit would give no more problems. Unfortunately a week later the unit stopped working again, and right when it was unbearably hot. Not able to endure the hot summer weather without A/C I called another company who came out to assess the problem, found what the cause was, and fixed it. Problem solved! Commonwealth was charging me, each visit the price would go up, for "testing" to see what the problem was. I'm sad that I had to let them go, the technicians are so professional and polite, but the owner was rude. On the last visit to my home, he said that he was "tired of coming here". If that was the case, he should have fixed the problem to begin with in order to avoid having to make unnecessary trips to my home.

Description of Work: Installed completely new gas furnace and hot water heater...don't recall exact price, but they were competitive. That said, haven't had any issues with units themselves, or the installation. I also use them for periodic checks...always on time and professional
