Provider put a new roof on my house 8 years ago. I bought the house 6 years ago. The previous owner left me the paperwork that shows a 10 year warranty. I now have a major roof leak. Burgundy sent a crew over to look at the leak. After going on the roof and in the attic, they said they would have the office call me. I gave them a copy of the warranty. Now a week has gone by and none of my many calls have been returned. It is unclear if thy will stand behind their work.

I have used Burgundy for years. I completely trust their guidance and leave the health of my roof to them. They are prompt, reasonable, honest and tidy.

They got back to me when I called, and showed up on time. They took pictures of the damage so I could see it. Gave me an estimate of how long the repairs will last an he was able to fix it for the price quoted me.
