Description of Work: They removed 2 large trees, and one smaller tree for free. They were professional and did an excellent job not damaging the yard and cleaning after themselves. We have used them 3 times and would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Big Steve's proved reliable!! I had a very bad experience with JL tree service. I originally called JL to remove a stump. After sending in the agreement, it took them 2 weeks to contact me to schedule. Then they did not show up to remove the stump twice that they said they would be here. I was fed up, so I called Big Steve's. They completed the work 2 days after I signed the agreement. The work was done well and they were very professional. I highly recommend this company. The funny thing was, JL's called me about 2 hours after the stump was removed saying they were going to try to come over and do it that afternoon. I let them know it had been taken care of!
