Due to poor service, ill fitted pool cover and improper chemical maintenance, our 2 year-old pool was horribly stained and in poor condition. We tried everything! Beltway Pools not only ACCEPTED the challenge but DELIVERED far beyond our expectations. Through constant communication, commitment, research and teamwork Beltway Pools restored my pool to pristine condition! We were expecting to have to drain, acid wash and possible reface our pool. Rob, Dragon and his adorable father worked diligently to find an affordable solution! Jay is terrific! He opened our pool on April 3. It looks fabulous! It's clear and blue. We had a minor issue with our filter and he came right out to check it. He told me what the problem was, where to get the part, and how to install it myself to save money! I will hire him to close the pool -- heck, he is my pool guy from now on!
