It went well. Service was quick and everything as was done properly.

I called several other lock smiths before I found Baldino's. All of them turned out to use the same sub contractor, who I waited for for hours and finally just told not to come. I found Baldino's at 9:30pm that night, and they only use their own technicians on jobs, which immediately made me feel like I was in good hands. Beyond that, when I placed the first call, the representative was calm and detailed (unlike the other locksmiths who seemed to barely have time to write down my phone number). They gave me an ETA that was long but honest, which I appreciated, so I know I could go home and wait, and because it was late in the evening, there were some extra charges. When the technician arrived, Craig was competent and quick with his work to recover my keys. I would recommend them 100%.

Easy to make an appointment for a service call to have locks re-keyed. Technician arrived within given time, was extremely courteous and even fixed the bad installation of one lock. Forgot to mention Angie's list for a discount but will definitely use them again.

Did a good job of changing front door key lock. Price just indicates that I think prices in general for lock work are high.

He was very pleasant. He explained how to re-key. He has everything in his truck and he made the keys right in his truck. They are reliable and he showed up when he said he would. He was very fast and was very pleasant to work with. He answered all of our questions. They were a little high and they have been in business since world war II. They are all over Virginia.

The locksmith technician Larry was right on time and did the required work within an hour. He is a pro at what he does and you could tell from his work ethos. Plus the Angie's List discount coupon was honored as well.

Everything was great. They did exactly what I needed in the time that they told me they would. They were a little pricey.

Was locked out of my car and a very professional employee named Andy took care of the situation. He got me in my car in under 10 minutes and on was on my way in 15 minutes. The price was standard for a lock out scenario

The locksmith was here at the front end of the window. I bought my own locks so there was no need to make new keys. The locksmith provided exceptional service -- will definitely use again if I have a need.

They were very good at scheduling and being here on time, which is always difficult when you work and don't live near your house. They cleaned up after themselves and got it in real quick. It is an older house so it is always touchy when you do a relock of a door because of the settlement of the property. I will use them again in the future.

Mailbox lock was jammed, the locksmith was able to free it and now it works just fine. I called around 10 am and the locksmith arrived about 3pm, this was not an emergency call so I consider that a good response time.

My mother locked herself out of her house about 8 a.m. I called Baladinos and they at first said that it would be at least a couple hours before they could get there because the technicians wouldn't get there until 8:30 a.m. They were kind enough to rearrange some things and got a crew out there ASAP and she was back in her house within an hour. It was 20 degrees outside and she had gone out on the garage with no shoes or coat and was stranded at the neighbor's house so I am grateful that they were able to respond so quickly.

Excellent service and reasonable price considering the circumstances.
