Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about your disappointment and are surprised by your response. At the beginning of your contract, the crew did have some adjustments to make and a learning curve to meet. Every contact made to our office regarding any special requests or issues reported we addressed promptly. We then followed up with you to make sure you were satisfied. We have also made several attempts to meet face to face with you in order to do a complete “walkthrough” of the property. However, every appointment made was then canceled by you. We take pride in our work and if there is anything that doesn’t meet your expectations, we appreciate your feedback so it can be corrected promptly and to your satisfaction. We train all of our staff, so they can service your property without issues. However, we do realize that there can always be room for improvement or re-training. So, we meet weekly with each crew to continue to train them in weed identification, proper mowing techniques, proper pruning techniques, general safety and communication, string trimming and many other maintenance items. Our staff also does periodic randomized property checks to make sure all crews are meeting our standard of quality. We understand there are many choices available for your lawn maintenance needs. So, if there are any other issues that haven’t been brought to our attention and addressed, we would appreciate the opportunity to correct these items to your approval.
