great. I had a problem with my garage ceiling that they corrected so that the garage remote could be installed.

You only need to make one call and that is to Sam. I got three quotes for a new garage door and Sam beat everyone hands down. Not only did I get a good price but was impressed with his use of technology for quoting and contract signing. Technology is not only at play here. His installer Jose was awesome and installed a double garage door by himself. Jose told me he had 21 years of experience and it showed. I was very curious how the door was to be installed and Jose took the time to show me. He explained things as if I were a new helper. The technician was on-time, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He really cleaned up a shoddy garage door installation job from the previous homeowner and went above and beyond... he stapled down hanging wires, properly anchored the wall-mounted garage door opener button, coiled excess wire, and more. He tightened the chain, lubricated the door rollers, adjusted the closing pressure. Great job very happy with the work and the performance of the door-- much better. The price was reasonable and fair.

Came on time. Fast and professionally replaced my garage door with a new one. Knowledgeable about the door, able to answer my questions, and helped me reset keypad pass code. Would hire again.

Work was performed as expected and the equipment was installed well, and works fine. There was little to no communications with the installer as he seemed to prefer to be left alone to do his work. At the end of the installation the installer went through the extreme basics and didn't really seem to want to explain in any great detail, so i kept my questions to myself.

They were punctual although realized they did not have the right spring for the door size, so had to return the next day. They worked quickly and offered a reasonable price for the services provided.

Called on Thursday evening and was offered an appointment for the very next day. I opted for Saturday instead, (which was terrific). Sam called within the 11am-1pm window I was given to let me know his approximate arrival time, and total work time was a little over 1.5 hours. Sam had a couple of different priced options for the replacement unit on hand, and offered his price for installation if I chose to buy a unit elsewhere. I went with the belt drive 3/4HP Chamberlain B750 with WiFi option, and must say I never realized garage motors could be so quiet... Anyway Sam replaced the one motor, replaced a few rollers, tuned the tracks, installed the keypads, and walked me through the setup of the remotes, the keypads, and the how to set up the WiFi. I also asked for a tune up of my other door that had already been replaced a few years earlier. And he did so at a reduced price. Sam was great. He was professional, informative, and efficient. He was up front with his pricing and didn’t pressure me into buying anything. After a quick search of the units he had on hand, I felt confident that i was getting a very fair price and that the unit had the warranty (3yrs motor, 1yr installation) and the features I was interested in - specifically myQ compatibility (I read an article about Amazon delivery recently that had me curious). I was extremely pleased with the service and products I received, and will absolutely be calling Advanced Garage for any future needs.

It went very well. Sam was professional, courteous, and efficient. He ensured he cleaned up after working and also assisted in putting in light bulbs in the unit he wasn't even repairing. This is the second time I've used them and have good experiences both times!

My garage door went off track, and was stuck in a half-open position. Needless to say I was concerned about the security of my home so I called after finding them on Angie’s list. Sam answered right away and offered to come fix the door that day. I opted for the next day which was a Saturday. Alan arrived promptly, and diagnosed a problem with the spring which was original to the home (24 years old). He gave me a very fair price, and added a free tune-up with the job. I was impressed with how he corrected a mistake that previous repair man had done with keeping the door too high, and he was considerate in only charging me for things that I really needed. I’m very happy with the service, and will definitely use them in the future.

Recently our garage door stopped opening as it would only move up less than 6 inches and then closed back down immediately. I was able to diagnose that both side pulley cables were detached so I re-attached them but to no avail, the door still did not open more than 6 inches before closing back down. Afterwards, I saw that the garage door torsion spring looked to be broken (see broken spring pics) and after doing some quick research I saw that this was the problem in most cases. Sam was able give me a direct estimate of $295 to replace the single spring with a double spring replacement, better for the balance and load-bearing of the weight over the long term for a 2-car wide door and the price difference was only $50 more ($245 for a single spring replacement). This also included a 5 year warranty. After scheduling yesterday around 5pm, the tech, James, came out today around 2pm, removed the broken spring, replaced with 2 springs on each side (see final spring setup pics), reset the side pulley cables, balanced the door and was done by 3pm and shared some basic maintenance tips every 6 months to keep the garage doors in good working order. The doors sound even smoother and quieter than before when opening than the previous spring, but most importantly, the door works again 👍 Very professional, highly recommend!

Excellent. Technician arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and then said he would check out other parts of system to be sure that all was in good working order. After he completed the job, he gave us tips on how to keep the system well maintained. Highly recommend!

I called at 9 AM. Sam arrived before 11 AM. He was finished before 12 noon. He found four damaged wheels and replaced those at no extra cost. He showed me the product to buy at Home Depot and suggested I lubricate the wheels every six months. He was professional and skilled.

Sam was absolutely fantastic in his professionalism and customer service. He gave us the best all around price and beat all of the competitors. Mario was our installation guy and he we went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend doing business with this company, they take care of their customers.

So we get our openers the next day from Home Depot and that was uneventful. Brought them home and called to schedule. As it turns out they had an opening that afternoon and were over within a couple hours. 45 minutes and a $270 installation for a pair of openings. All was properly mounted including keypad. Only the WiFi and app weren't set up, but that was 5-10 minutes and it worked.
