It was all excellent service from phone call to plumber. The plumber was very quick, courteous, and professional. I was very pleased and will use again hopefully under better circumstances.

Excellent. Very professional. The work was completed on a rental property, therefore they called and provided details of the work that was needed. Next day we recieved a copy of the invoice.

Able Plumbing was recommended by a friend, and my experience was great! Bryan was professional, friendly and made what seemed overwhelming look simple. I recommend this company highly and will know who to call for future plumbing needs.

Job isn't complete, but I was presented with a bill for a different amount than was quoted on the phone. The charge was $275 to install a kitchen faucet, flat fee. I was NOT told this when I scheduled the appointment. I was told $97/for the first 1/2 hour and $88 for each additional hour. The install for the faucet took exactly 1 hour. I was expecting to pay $185, but was told it would be $275. I called the office and was told, that is just the price "it is in the book". That is fine, but I should have been told that it was the price, not the hourly rate. I spoke to the same person that I had made the appointment with and they said, you are probably right that I didn't tell you, but the price is the price. It appears I am paying for both the sink install plus an hourly charge.

Our water heater was leaking and went kaput on 10/22/16. I called Able Plumbing based on the recommendations on Angie's List. I was able to schedule a representative to come out the next day on 10/23/16. When I called I was greeted by a lovely lady named Valerie. Valerie gave the best customer service I have ever experienced. She was very friendly and patient to walk me through the process. I hadn't dealt with replacing a water heater in the past. Valerie asked me a few questions on the size of the current heater and layout of my home. She gave me a price of a 50 gallon heater which included labor and install. I wanted a higher capacity then the 40 that we were replacing. If we needed any pipes re-routed or other updates then would be extra. We went over any applicable discounts to apply to the price. Nelson was assigned as the repairman. Nelson was very knowledgeable and helpful. The whole process took about three hours. My husband was very pleased with the work. We did have to have the pipes moved because we went from a 40 to 50 capacity heater. I didn't mind paying some extra so we could have updated heater and piping. It's worth not having issues down the road. We'll definitely use again for any plumbing needs.

Very well. I called Able at 8:48 am on Saturday and spoke to Valerie. Valerie is am amazing soul. The world needs more people like her. She scheduled me for service between 12-4 and kept me updated. Nelson arrived as expected, worked quickly, efficiently, and friendly. Before I knew it, the old faucet was gone and the new one worked like a charm. I will definitely be a regular customer.

Val scheduled my appointment with a 10-2 window. At 8a.m. she called to say that earlier appointment times had opened up and offered for the tech to come earlier. YAY! Nelson showed up soon after. He was professional, polite and extremely respectful. He looked for the problem, told me what he could do and offered options. The price was reasonable and I gladly paid it for the great service I received. I will be calling again.

Extremely well. Master plumber Danilo and his assistant Alan were professional, polite, clean, and efficient. I especially appreciated their reinstallation of my pedestal sink, which required great attention to detail. The pedestal of the sink had been installed upside down and off center by another company on Angie's list when that company replaced my bathroom tile (a nightmare experience!).

17 years old Water heater leaked overnight in the basement., but i called Able Plumbing on SAT and Danielo showed up on same day replaced the water heater . It was quick and simple. Very professional and helpful. I will definitely use them again for future plumbing needs

The woman who answered the phone and scheduled the service was very pleasant and helpful. My service "window" was 10-2. The plumbers showed up around 8:30 which was an inconvenience to the renter living there. One of the plumbers, Bryan (I believe, the writing on the invoice is hard to read) was rude and condescending. He told two different stories when discussing the work with myself and my husband. After a final rude comment I asked him to leave. The other gentleman, Henry, took the time to listen to me and explain the concerns he had about some of the conditions of the removed pipes, etc.. Henry told me exactly what he was going to have to do and the approximate prices for the jobs (with discounts). Because of Henry's more professional attitude and explanations I allowed the work to be performed. The work was completed in a timely manner and Henry made sure to test everything and clean up. Please note: "Professionalism" rating is in no way a reflection upon Henry.

Excellent!!! We had a gas leak at our outside meter - the result of a very bad plumber when we built our home three years ago. Able answered the phone on a Sunday and sent a repairman out to assess the damage that day. They ordered the part and came back the very next day to make the repair, which included reworking all of our exterior gas pipes and resetting the meter. I was so thankful to find Able because our gas had to be shut off until the repairs were made. Because of their prompt response, we were without gas (which meant no stove and no hot water) for only 24 hours. I will be calling them for ALL of my plumbing needs in the future. A+++++

He came out for estimate on second day and finished the job in 3 days. They even did an extra drywall. We are very happy with their price and quality of services.

OK. Although I thought it took longer than I anticipated

Great. Valerie was incredibly friendly and helpful on the phone which set the tone. They came out the very next day and completed the work. Since I was not on-site, they were nice enough to give me a thorough report. Will definitely call them again!

Danilo came out and replaced the fixture and both the hot and cold water shut-offs under the sink - this was included in the price as well. He's always friendly and has been out several times before to work on various plumbing issues in our "older" home. Estimate over the phone exactly as quoted. We've used them for over 15 years. They're always polite and professional to work with and will continue to use them.

It was not easy to pinpoint the exact location of the leak under the ground. Daniel and Alan used their experience to test water pressure by turning on and off the sprinkler heads. They eventually found out that it was actually one of the control valves that's leaking. They are unable to repair the valve because it requires a sprinkler contractor to do that. They didn't charge me any fee for the more-than-one-hour hard work. I insisted on paying them for what they did, and they finally agreed to charge me for a minimal service fee. I really appreciate their honesty and good work on finding the root cause of the leak. I would definitely use their service again in the future.

Nelson was excellent and professional. He was on time and friendly. He did excellent work and I would highly recommend them.

I had left a message with Able and the lady who called me back, gave a quote for installing a garbage disposal provided by the customer. Other places I spoke to could not give me a figure. My experience with the actual installation was excellent. The plumber, Brian, tried to see if it could be installed without redoing all the pipes so he could keep the cost down. It couldn't, which we had expected would be the case since it was a different disposal, make and size from the one being replaced. He did a really great job on the installation. His reworking of the pipes was very tidy and gave us space back under the sink. The job cost more than the quote, but Brian kept me informed as he worked. I thought the additional cost was worth it for the quality of the work.

What a pleasant surprise! The receptionist was just as friendly as she could be, the service man was very nice and helpful, and the repair was quick and effective. Able even provided a 30 day warranty, which is a big deal when having a sewer line snaked. You usually find out a few days later that the block isn't fully removed.

Awoke to water on the floor in the laundry room from failed WATER HEATER on Saturday morning. We had out of town guests arriving in the afternoon. Found Able plumbing on Angie's List. Called before they were open to leave a message, Val picked up and had us set up for the afternoon late as they were going to squeeze us in. They gave us direction as we tried to drain the tank and shut off the water to the tank. Danilo arrived Saturday night at 6 :30 ready to replace the Hot water tank. We quickly learned that we were unable shut off the water to the house without going to the street. The Street shut off was not accessible. Danilo made a plan with us to work with the water company and to then return and install the water heater. We executed the plan with Danilo and had Hot Water back in 30 hours! We would have had it corrected in less then 12 except for our faulty cut off. Highly recommend this company. I will definitely be calling them for all my plumbing needs. They were outstanding Thank you.
