It went smoothly and quickly and the technician seemed to know what he was doing.He checked out the flushing several times after pulling out the 2 q tips by putting down a fair amount of toilet paper.It worked fine and we have not had a problem since.

I have two leaky faucets. I called and got a window and the repair guy showed up at the end of the window. I had all day to wait but I was a little annoyed that I hadn't gotten a call saying they were on their way. To be fair, I was given a time window, lol. The guy showed up and it turned out to be simple gaskets. I don't own the tools and I don't own a book but after watching what the guy did I probably could have done it myself. I probably would have broke something too and then I would have been more than mad. At this point I know what to do in the future, I just have to get the tools. For that, the price (which included the coupon) was pretty reasonable as far as I can tell. The repair guy was polite, clean, neat, efficient, and didn't make a mess of the house. All good things and if you can deal with a wait or having them potentially show up at the end of the time window you were given, call them. They do good work.

Rob and George came to my house. They set to work immediately. They hardly even talked to me until the job was complete.When I was "off the clock" (they charge by the time spent in your home) and brought me the bill, they answered all my questions.I thought that was amazing!They were very professional, patient and kind. I was very happy with the work provided.

I was given a time frame that the plumber would be arriving between 9-12. I received a call from the office at about 10am saying that the plumber was on his way. He actually did not arrive until exactly 12. When he arrived, I told him what the problem was and showed him where the leak was forming. We proceeded upstairs and moved the washer and he cut a small hole in the drywall. We determined that the leak was still further up and he cut another hole. He then determined that it was still higher up and had to cut a hole in the ceiling. the leak was finally found at the bend between the second and third levels. The plumber proceeded to cut the pipes in order to replace it. He soldered the pipe with a 90 degree coupling as well as two straight couplings to the original pipes. When the water was turned back on, one of the couplings was not soldered completely and caused water to spray everywhere. We shut off the water and cleared the pipes. He attempted to re-solder the one coupling but said that it wasn't holding. he ended up cutting the piece off and replacing it with a third pipe using another coupling with a release valve. In the end, he used three pieces of pipe and three straight couplings. After examing the one that he said was not sealed (he cut the pipe and replaced it) it looked like it was a solid seal to me. I ran water through it and there was no leaks (this was after it wasn't sealed the first time). Overall, it ended taking him 2.5 hours to solder what should have taken no more than 30 minutes. For a company that charges by the half hour, I find that completely out of line especially since the extra two hours of work were caused because the plumber did not solder the coupling properly in the first place. Update: After contacting the company about this issue, they provided a refund for the extra time it took to complete this job and am thoroughly satisfied with their customer service!!!

He was great. The guy was very responsive and industrious. I felt like he did more than he needed to do. He reseated the toilet for me. He cleaned up what he was doing. The problem was all fixed. He made sure I knew to call him again if anything happened with his work. It was a very good experience. In fact, I referred him to my mom.

The company arrived within the time window provided and was able to complete the work in a few hours. I would definitely use them again if I have any additional plumbling needs.

Nelson arrived shortly after I was called to tell me he was on his way and was very professional. The drain stop was easy but he was concerned that the kitchen faucet wouldn't work because the new one handle faucet needed an escutcheon plate to cover two of the three holes in the old faucet set up and it initially seemed as if thing would be off center and not all holes covered. He measured repeatedly and then gave it a shot -- it worked! In spite of my being freaked out that the new faucet wouldn't work (had carefully measured per instructions from Home Depot), Nelson calmly did the work. Will use Able again.

In a 1/2 bath to full bathroom conversion project, we developed plans with several scopes of work. When the wall and ceiling areas were open for plumbers to view existing pipe layouts, we emailed several plumbing contractors selected from Angie's list. ABLE Plumbing provided the most comprehensive review of how they intended to get the job done and provided several good solutions to structural space limitations. They pulled the County plumbing permit and accomplished the work in three visits. The ABLE Plumbing team provided us with an excellent service experience and would highly recommend them to others.

It started as a do it yourself repair attempt that led to a broken pipe that needed a professional repair work. Able Plumbing had the most and best rating in my area, so it was a first place to call. I made an request for an online estimate, and likely sent them a multiple request because the website did not give a confirmation that the request was submitted, so I tried a few times. However, they wrote me back the next business day to let me know that the job would be a 1/2 hour rate with parts. I called and made an appointment for someone to come out in two days. There was a minor confusion with the appointment, because I had to make a change after the initial call/appointment. However, they were very accommodating and set me with another appoint on Saturday. Overall, the appointment process was fast, the lady answering the phone was very courteous and professional. The technician was running late, but the company gave me an update on and promised to get the work done by the end of the day. Eventually, the technician, Rob, called to let me know that he was on his way. Rob arrived and look at the situation and let me know what he would need to do before he started. In addition to giving me an option to choose between couple parts, for cost reasons, he also explained that an addition part could be installed as an optional, which would be required eventually, but not necessary for now. The repair work looked much better than before, to my non-plumber eyes. After the repair, Rob was not only concerned about make sure everything was clean, but also explained how to properly maintain the outdoor faucet when the weather gets cold. While I did not ask, I got the sense that they get a lot of business because people do not know how. In all, I realized that Able Plumbing's high rating and reviews are well deserved. My experience with this company really does not compare with couple other plumbing companies I used. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent and honest plumbing company,

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. My call was answered quickly, I was able to book an appointment for my requested date, and the woman who booked my appointment was friendly and helpful. The plumber who came to our house couldn't have been any nicer, and he fixed all of our plumbing issues quickly and completely. I felt the pricing was very reasonable for the level of service received. I was really concerned about hiring a plumber, but I never have to worry about that again. I will always use Able Plumbing after this fantastic experience!

Owner provided replacement faucet. Quoted approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours of labor on the telephone before booking the visit. Given a four hour window when to expect the plumber. The day of the installment, was given a call that the plumber was on his way and would arrive in approximately 20 minutes, which he did and was within the time window quoted . Rob the plumber, very polite and professional, went to work right away-no dithering or stalling to prolong the job. Installation went smoothly without any complications and the unit was replaced within 45 minutes. Rob told me to look for any leaks for 1-2 days after the installation and call back if any were noted. I did so, and none were found. Rob even took away and disposed of the old unit, even though I did not ask him to do so. Only charged for the time spent, not the phone estimate. Not a super complicated procedure, but found the service and attitude friendly and professional. Would definitely try again when I have another plumbing project or problem.

See above. It was terrible. Able Plumbing was unable to fix a simple leak. Now that I'm planning to renouvate the kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a half bath, I'm looking for a plumber who can do a decent job for a reasonable price. I am looking at Angies List to repair a drip in one of my toilets and am looking a company that might also be able to provide twice yearly inspections of my heating and air conditioning systems.

A good experience. The office staff was very pleasant, and I was able to get an appointment quickly. The plumber arrived within the promised "window." The front office called beforehand to let me know that Rob was on his way. Rob arrived and very quickly and professionally assessed the problem with my toliet. He told me what my options were, to include a less expensive fix than the one I chose. He made the repairs, showed me everything he had done and explained it very clearly, and then cleaned up carefully. I will definitely use this company again.

We just found our new plumber! We moved into our home in September, 2011 and have had not issues with ground water until now. We had flooding in our basement after the last rain and it ruined our carpet and belongings. We called Able and spoke with the office manager who was very helpful and was able to redirect a crew member to our home that same day. Robert arrived on time and in a clean uniform. He was focused from the start and quickly figured out that the pump had a short with exposed and frayed wiring as the culplit. The sump pump needed to be replaced. He removed the old sump pump, inspected the back valve and determined that part did not need replacing. He inspected the connections and cleaned as he went. He inspected his positioning of the new sump pump, made a some minor adjustments and plugged it in to ensure it was working. After final adjustments, some more wiping and cleaning. He was done. We inspeceted the water discharge and found a river of water coming out of the pipe at the curb (we have a french drain in the yard which the drainage from the pump is connected to). He waited until he verified the float would shut off unobstructed once the water level was down. This took at least an additional 30 minutes. The fact that we had a set price gave us peace of mind and told us Robert really cared about his work and wanted to ensure when he left, everything was truely in working order. We had a few minor plumbing issues that we were waiting to schedule and he provided safe advice as to how to prepare for our future call. He also tightened a faucet that was installed by a previous plumber who never finished their work. Robert is a great amabssador for the Able Plumbing company.We will call for Robert for our next project and recommend him to anyone who asks about a reputable plumber. Honesty, thoroughness, knowledgeable and kind. What more could you ask for . . . ?

The second technician was very efficient and installed the part quickly.

It was a positive experience. The plumber, Nelson, was professional and friendly. He was very nice. He was good and he was fast.

Able responded on a Saturday to a problem with a supply line to the toilet tank. Professional, courteous, and accommodating! The price was fair for the day and the time spent. I will definitely use them again.

Wonderful job. Absolutely No Complaints

Very responsive (someone was there to pick up the phone when I called) and easy/informative to talk with on phone. Were able to come out within two days, on a Saturday at no extra charge, of my call. Only reason we did not go with them was that I was able to find someone else to come the very next day.

I called on Thursday and they were available to come out as early as Friday or Saturday. Our technician, Rob, arrived at the scheduled time on Saturday morning and immediately began to diagnose our problem. He quickly realized the problem and gave us 2 possible solutions - one more involved should the simpler fix not work. I appreciated that he laid out the potential issues with the location of the leak so I could be prepared and also went through step-by-step what he would be doing to try and remedy the problem. Rob took down more of the ceiling but left nice smooth cuts to make it easier to patch. Once he was in he was able to fix the leak with the less-involved solution and stayed for 15 - 20 minutes after we turned water back on to test. Rob thoroughly cleaned up the work area and went over the 30-day work guarantee. He also let us know that he would be working tomorrow (Sunday) and to feel free to call if we had any questions or trouble with the work. I was very happy with Rob and his work!

Danillo was excellent. Arrived, looked at the problem quickly, replaced the gasket and stopped the leaking when the faucet is off. When the faucet is on, it does leak a bit from the knob but he mentioned that once you start taking these things apart, they start to leak. And short of replacing the whole thing, which would require some dry wall cutting inside, there's nothing I can do. So I'll deal with it for now - it's not a big deal. They were quick, efficient and solved my problem. Excellent.

I was cleaning the dishes when the hot water stopped working. I still had cold water pressure, but no hot water throughout the whole house. I called Able plumbing about mid morning and they said they had a full schedule but would try to fit me in. Sure enough they got a technician to my house later in the afternoon. The technician who came out was knowledgeable and made quick work of the problem. After I explained my experience, he did some troubleshooting to confirm his suspicion. With that he went to work cutting only the section of pipe the blockage appeared to be in. This minimized the time and scope of the work done. He did not try to change all the pipes; he only did what was necessary. The quality of work was excellent and he left no mess. I would hire them again.
