I called for service and they came on time as scheduled. The plumber explained exactly what had to be done (had to cut into drywall to replace one faucet because pipe had to be welded) before doing any work. He also explained what to do in the winter to avoid freeze issues. All work areas were left clean.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and was convinced that it was the drain line to my dishwasher. The plumber investigated and found that the leak was actually due to an extra long piece of hose connected to my reverse osmosis water filtration system that was causing the leak. I appreciated that he took the time to find the real issue and then fix it. The plumber then replaced my garbage disposal is in very quick and professional way.

Able Plumbing came and fixed our leaking toilet and checked various other things around the house. The plumbed had fantastic customer service and ensured we were 100% happy with the service. The price was significantly less than the estimate and we will absolutely use Able Plumbing again.

I saw good reviews on Angie's List, so I thought I would try them. I think $343 to cut a pipe to drain is extensive. All they did was run a snake (which they used my electricity to run) and they used a rubber cap to seal the cut pipe. I was left with the mess. After they snaked it, they put everyone away. They realized it was still clogged. I had to wait for them to go back to the van, get the equipment, put together the snake again and resnake. This was all wasted time they charged ME for.

I set up the appointment two days earlier and was given a time between 8am and noon for the plumber to arrive. At 10 minutes before 8 am Bryan called to let me know he was on the way and then arrived promptly at 8am. I had guessed at what the problem was when I made the appointment and Bryan arrived with all the equipment required to make the repair. I'm sure he would have been prepared to fix anything else if my guess had turned out wrong. Bryan was extremely professional and knowledgable and took extra care to ensure my floors were not damaged by water leakage or dropped tools, etc. The area Bryan had to work in was very restricted but he did not allow that to diminish the quality of his work. He completed the job in about two hours and I haven't had a problem since. While I may carp about the cost it has been my experience that reputable skilled trades professionals have pre-established price lists they work from so there's no dickering over price. I regret that I didn't ask for a military discount and I also forgot that I had a $20 coupon from Angie's list that I could have applied to the cost. I highly recommend Bryan and will definitely use Able Plumbing if I need any plumbing work in the future.

Able Plumbing was the third plummer I contacted regarding the above items. The first plummer that came to my home was chosen by my home warranty company and he accomplished nothing. The second plummer which I found on Angies List called my at 500 Pm the night before he was supposed to come complete the work and told me he was thinking about it and thought it as a bad idea and that he was not coming. When I called Able Pluming they let me choose my appointment day (Saturday) and gave me a time slot for the tech. On Saturday Rob showed up on time and ready to work. In the first 15 minutes he fixed the washer machine issues and evaluated the water heater. He gave us detailed information regarding both and an estimate to replace the water heater. He then moved on to resetting the toilet. When he removed the toilet he had found it was repaired by the previous homeowners and that we might have to tear up the concrete slab to fix the pipes below the toilet. He said he would do the best to fix the problem but could not guarantee that it would work. After an hour or so he said he was done and everything seemed to be working and hopefully it would last us awhile. We have had no problems since his repair and are very happy with his work. After almost three hours of work Rob presented us with the bill which was 350 dollars cheaper than the estimate the plummer who did not show up gave us. Able plumbing is now our go to plumbing company and hopefully we can get Rob back if we ever need anymore work

Able arrive early and was very courteous.Examined our outdoor faucets and advised against resetting the plumbing to stop the leaks. Instead he told us all we needed to do was buy a brass connector (not plastic as is common at home depot and nurseries) with a shutoff valve to stop the leaks...much cheaper than re-doing the plumbing.

He's a total "soup NAZI", but he rocks!!!

Showed up on time - actually called on the way, ahead of time. Quickly diagnosed problem with low water pressure at kitchen sink and dishwasher and determined the need for a new water heater - old one was 22 years old - replaced water heater and tested everything out. Cleaned up thoroughly. Very courteous and professional. Danilo B was his name.

Valerie and the folks at the shop scheduled the appointment - quick, courteous and accommodating. Danilo came to the house and took care of the work in a professional and competent manner. Very happy with the results.

They were on time and reasonably priced. They did the job well and quickly. I loved them and would definately use them again.

They were great when they came out. Very nice and professional and I would recommend them to anyone who needed work done.

Overall, it went great. The guys that came out assessed and repaired several small issues (leaking sink, broken aerator, replaced disposal, sealed drain). They were prompt, efficient, and courteous. The pricing for a disposal replacement was a touch on the high side, but they also did some other small adjustments elsewhere for free, so overall, it balanced out. I would definitely use them again!

Able plumbing was great from the beginning. They were able to schedule service on a Saturday the week after I called, which is great because we work during the week. They called to confirm the appointment and called before the plumber came to let us know more precisely when he would be here during the window. The plumber, Danilo, was well-equipped with spare parts to fix everything that we needed. He was fast, knowledgeable, honest, and very nice! I would definitely use Able plumbing again.

Estimate was right on. Work completed satisfactorily.

Rob and George were great. They explained everything up front, did a fantastic job and were very courteous/friendly. We ran into an issue where we had to get the water company to shut off the water to the house before they could do any repairs. I called Rob once the water was shut off and they were back at the house to fix everything within 30 min. I'm very relieved to have everything fixed and would definitely use them again for my future plumbing needs.

We had purchased a new washing machine, but the appliance store delivery person was not able to complete the installation of the washing machine because he was not able to remove a rusted old washing machine hose from the hot water faucet. He indicated that we needed to have a plumber remove the old hose and a new hot water faucet might be needed. The Able Plumbing technician was very helpful and professional. He was able to cut away the old hose connection very carefully and clean the faucet, without us having to replace it. Then he also went ahead and hooked up the new hose to the hot water faucet and the washing machine. As first time customers, we were able to use an Angie's List discount coupon of $20.

Danilo came out to our residence today to replace a cartridge on our master bathroom shower. It was leaking at such a fast rate that it was a steady stream of water. Having never used them before, I called Able yesterday, they set up an appointment today, and kept the appointment. Danilo was very knowledgeable and had the problem solved in about 5 minutes! He was very professional and extremely friendly! The price is around what I would expect from a large plumbing company. I am very happy with the quick service and will not hesitate to use this company again.

Don't know, they never showed!!! Scheduled for last Sat and no one showed up. They "said" they came out and called, which, neither of those took place. Lady on phone basically called me a liar and said "unfortunately, he is my supervisor and I believe him". Now, since I own a company, the customer is always right. I asked to reschedule and they flat out refused. Not a pleasant experience to say the least. But, I am sure they will spin it the way they want and that's ok, I absolutely expect that.

First of all, we are selling the house and trying to get all the little details worked out. Home inspector found a small leak behind basement staircase where sump pump is located. Agreed with "plumber" to cut drywall to find source of small leak. PLUMBER NEVER TURNED OFF THE WATER SUPPLY! When plumber cut the wall he seperated the pipe and water started gushing everywhere. He stood there and looked at it and said"you have a problem" not taking ANY responsibility for causing the small leak to become a LARGE leak. I flatly told him that HE was then one who caused the water rusing out. When I walked to the front of the staircase, water was coming through the bottom of the staircase over towards the wall. All during this the plumber was denying and arguing with me regarding any responsibility for causing the problem. Yes I know it was a pre-existing condition, but he could have said that he'll take care of it. And help mop up. He then proceeded to call his office and tell them that I was irate. You bet I was irate. He didn't even try to mop up any of the water all over the floor, he just wanted to argue with me. At this point he still had not turned off the water valves in the basement bathroom When I tried to talk to the office I was told that the manager was on the other line and wold call me back in a few minutes. No call so I called them. After arguing with the receptionist about lying to me, she wouldn't hear anything I had to say and HUNG UP on me. Really? I couldn't believe it. The "plumber" then was on the phone and left the line OPEN so the office could see how upset I was. He then stated that he didn't feel safe being in this house and told me not to come near him. IN MY OWN HOUSE. Needless to say I "escorted" him and to expect a lawsuit. It was as if the plumber was challenging me to approach him in my own hallway I just got a call from the owner of the company saying that she was on vacation (apparently I disturbed her vacation) and I had her gal "in tears" and did I want someone to come out and fix the leak. Didn't even ask or want to hear my side of the dispute. My answer was absolutely not!! Then she hung up. Absolutely unprofessional in every respect.

The plumber arrived on time, was courteous and finished the job in good time.

Fast response and scheduling, personable and professional service, explained problems and provided additional insight. Will use for all plumbing issues in the future.

The Able plumber quickly diagnosed both of our problems and quickly and efficiently repaired both. He traced a leak in our bathtub that had damaged the ceiling below to an overflow gasket that had almost disintegrated. It was tricky to replace since the bathtub and our house itself is very old and the gasket was hard to remove. He replaced the fill valve and supply line for our toilet. He completed this all in an hour and I was very pleased with the service and professionalism.

The two plumbers arrived on time and began to work. They had previously examined the problem with the guest bathtub fawcet, but could not repair it since they said it was missing pieces and they needed a diagram. I contacted the Moen company and they mailed me all the parts I needed including a hot/cold flow valve. The problem with the fawcet was that the hot water only come out as a trickle. However, in the three weeks since their previous visit the problem was somehow fixed on its own and the hot and cold water came out in force like it should. So, I asked the plumbers to put the fawcet together like it should be and they had even acquired an additional piece that was necessary. There seemed to be some confusion about the way the mechanism should go together, but eventually with the diagrams and instructions send by Moen the fawcet handle was reinstalled, where it works but it is not aligned properly. I then asked the plumbers to replace a fawcet handle in the master bath sink that would not stay in its proper orientation of 90 degrees when turned off. I had the new handle and inner workings from Moen to be installed. However, the plumber said that the inner plastic workings needed a special tool that was not included so he could not swap that out. He therefore, only changed the handle and not the problem inner workings. He tightened it down and said it would stay in the correct position. The third job was repair a leak in the basement toilet. The second plumber replace the water input mechanism in the tank and attached a new line from the main shut off valve below the tank, and this stopped the leak. I have used Able Plumbing Inc on serveral occasions in the past and have always been more than satisfied. This job was adequate but not up to the usual standards of the company.

Everything was perfect. I was impressed by them starting with their competitive free estimate all the way to their finished work. They were also proactive in offering me advice about the leak and told me to notify the water company that I was having the work done so that I wouldn't be overcharged. They were fantastic across the board.
