The service man who came to see the job was very professional, he explained the job very well,and. I was impressed.Very pleasant person.

Very impressed with quick response and quick fix! Willis was very profesional and efficient. He arrived within 20 minutes and corrected the back-up very quickly. The receptionist was very effective by making the response happen so quickly on short notice.

In the morning when I was getting for work there was no hot water. I went downstairs and saw that water was leaking from my gas 65 gal water heater. I shut off the gas, water, and electricity to the water heater and went on Angies List to look for a plumber. 4 Service Pros came up with the highest rating in my area. It was before normal hours so I was told there’s a $160 emergency call. I was given an estimate of about $4000 to replace the water heater which I thought was a high. The technician said that prices had gone up significantly since the 2008 recession when the current water heater was installed. Since I’ve always trusted Angies List reviews I did not get another estimate from another company. The two technicians were courteous, professional, and efficient. Within 2 and a half hours I had a new State 75 gal power vent model # sgs675yrvhtldm water heater. My co-workers were surprise at how much I paid for a water heater. I did speak with David from 4 Service Pro about the cost and he said the parts they use are of higher quality than what is found at places like Home Depot. He couldn’t give me an exact cost of the parts/labor since they used a flat rate for the installation which many companies are using now days. He would have to do some research to get the exact pricing but generally the labor cost is about 50% of the total.

Excellent service done by Miguel and 4 Service Pros. They responded quickly, they were on time, the price was right and they fixed the issue. Will definitely hire them again.

They did an excellent job of examinng the line with a camera. Diagnozed the problem. Discusses alternatives. This took place over several weeks. They hydro-cleaned the line. We anticipate no problems. The cost was less than $1000.00. Two competing bids were for $8000 and $47,000 both of which required a lot of unecessary digging adisruption. Time will tell if the problem has been solved.

Have used this company in the passed. Recently had electrical work done. Lighting fixtures replaced, new smoke detectors installed, light switches repaired and replaced. The electrician was polite, on time and efficient. The price was less than what I expected the project to cost. I then used this company again for plumbing issues after being disappointed by a different plumbing company. The plumber was also polite, on time and responsive to my concerns. During this project I had one small issue that was missed. The company worked quickly to resolve the issue and make sure that I was pleased with the work. I truly felt valued as a customer. So I then used them again for toilet replacement and installation. I recommend this company and look forward to working with them again in the future.

I discovered a leaking pipe late one morning when I found water damage on multiple floors in my townhouse. 4 Service Pros had Willis at my house in an hour to deal with the emergency. He got in there and replaced a broken joint in the top floor water line. The work was done in a matter of minutes. Everything was back up and running before noon. Willis provided speedy and professional service, and I would highly recommend him! I will definitely go back to 4 Service Pros again. I've gone to them for plumbing and electrical so far, and will go back for anything else when the need arises.

Their estimate was over FOUR times higher than the actual payment I made to another Angie's list electrician, who is highly rated and did a great job. This company is for anyone with more money than brains. The estimate was blatantly outrageous. I spoke to the manager, who was nice, but said their estimate was reasonable. It was not.

They came out and found the sump pump was not the problem. We talked about running a camera into the line of the sump pump but when he came out he said this was not what I needed. He found the bricks were cracked around the foundation. I was very impressed with his honesty as he could have charged me to run the camera into the line which would have cost me about $600. I would highly them and I will use them from now on.

4 Service Pros did a phenomenal job. My wife and I could not have picked a better company to do the work. Every one of the workers were always professional, prompt, knowledgeable, hardworking and very friendly. Minh was the lead (supervisor), he is very meticulous and detailed, He was always available and ready to lend a hand to his workers and check up on their progress. If we had any questions or concerns, Minh was always responsive to us and very honest in his opinions, he didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear but gave us his honest assessments. I Would like to also point out the two main workers, Eliqzar and Shane. They are very hard workers, friendly, but professional. Eliqzar and Shane did the bulk of the work and were also very meticulous about the work they were performing. The same applies to Peter the Electrician and the two Plumbers, Rick and Carlos. Two additional people that I would like to point out is Sender the Flooring and Rug installer, and Joel the Painter. Both did a phenomenal job, the flooring and rugs look awesome and the painter Joel is amazing, the walls and ceilings never looked better. My wife and I were truly impressed by Joel and the amazing paint job he did and how hard he worked. All in all, we couldn't have had a better company to perform the work. We can't say enough good things about 4 Service Pros, the entire house looks like a brand-new house.

The very nice tech, Matt, arrived as promised and in 30 minutes with his tool cleared the drain to "big whirl pool" speed. The receptionist did not convey our street address correctly so he had to call us to make sure where we were located. Tech--great!!! Admin needs to get feedback from tech to ensure accurate information was heard. We'd use their services again.

The plumber arrived on time and 39 minutes thereafter, including the time walking to his truck to get the new cartridge, he completed the work. My house from his shop is only 12 minutes away. He charged US$307.80 after a 5% discount. We had agreed to his price as we were unaware of the little work involved and because having no running hot water we felt compelled to proceed with the work. We consider the price outrageous, abusive, questionable, and unscrupulous, taking advantage of clients that are unable to ***** beforehand how long and difficult the job would be and the urgency we felt to get the shower running again. The higher prices and questionable behavior by the recommended companies are now compounded by Angie’s List Company charging them commissions. Under this practice, Angie’s list is no longer a neutral party as higher prices are also beneficial to Angie’s List and as result; its advice is also questionable.

These people came out quickly to assess the situation and give us a quote. We had several technicians on this project and everyone from the office staff to all the technicians could not be more professional and polite. They secured the permit we needed to have the work down. They've followed up. Got the work done quickly and cleanly. They've even come out to help us in a pinch when our hot water heater stopped working just today (the day before Thanksgiving!) when we just contacted them about it this morning. The service, quality, and pricing is exceptional with this company. I would highly recommend.

The technician (Bobby) was early for the appointment, was very courteous and professional, quickly diagnosed the problem, provided us with clear options, and completed the work more quickly and efficiently than we could have imagined. We had a circuit that kept tripping the breaker. It seemed to affect half of our house and since my wife works from home, we needed it fixed fast. 4 Service Pros were very courteous and understanding of our needs. Even though we wanted same-day-service, they did not charge us emergency rates. Understandably, their technicians were fully scheduled but they promised to send someone "at the end of day" which means as soon as someone is done. This turned out to be early afternoon which worked well for us. The electricians were fast, professional and very knowledgeable. They quickly found the source of the problem and fixed it. They fixed a secondary problem that was bugging us but not a priority. All this was done at a very reasonable price! I would recommend 4 Service Pros to anyone and will use them again.

Picture this, you’ve just returned from 23 days in Africa, you’re tired, have tons of laundry and the first load you do backs up the sewer line and floods much of the bottom level of your house. It’s a Saturday, your plumber of many years has passed away, and now you have FOF (fear of flushing.) You turn to Angie’s List, fill out a questionnaire and within minutes receive a call from 4 Service Pros asking if you need help. “Yes” you say and within a few minutes receive a call from Edgardo who is finishing up another emergency call and says that he will be at our house in about 45 minutes. Well, not only did Edgardo come, but he brought state of the art equipment and considerable knowledge with him. I was concerned about our 200-foot sewer line to the street as our house was built in 1978 and the pipes of that time were often problematical. He quickly ascertained that the problem was not outside the house. Whew! Then he systematically examined everything inside the house & using a camera found the clogged area within a pipe in our crawl space. He snaked that out so we wouldn’t have to leave the house, gave us a further diagnosis of what caused our problem in the first place and possible alternatives to take care of the issue to avoid problems in the future. Edgardo was very professional and he knew what he was doing. We were very impressed with this company’s response and now feel like we have a plumber again.

4 Service Pros and specifically Willis did an excellent job. He showed up same day, worked for several hours to get the work done right, and left a clean work area when he left our house. Willis clearly knew his plumbing and I appreciated his straight talk about what was wrong and how to fix it. I will absolutely hire 4 Service Pros and ask for Willis again.

Above and beyond. 4 Service Pros is unmatched when it comes to caring about their customers. I had a fire alarm with a low battery that was chirping relentlessly--and I couldn't disable it myself. Mike from 4 Service Pros came out to my house well after business hours to replace two fire alarms, and he also took the time to look at other issues I was having in my house. These issues were way outside of the scope of my original call, but he was gracious with his time and assisted me in setting-up appointments with other 4 Service Pro employees who'd be able to help. 4 Service Pros treats you like family. They continued to check-in on the issues with my house to make sure I found a solution to an unusual problem. AND, when I had a new concerning issue arise, I called Mike directly and he walked me through ideas, solutions and options to solve the problem. Not a lot of companies are so generous with their time or so caring with their clients. In addition to the quality of work, this is a company I will rely on for all of my electrical, plumbing & HVAC needs.
