Description of Work: Completed two toilet tuneups as part of deal. Replaced flapper on one and seated gasket on the other. Several hours after the plumber left, noticed that toilet that had new gasket installed was leaking. Had to return (much later in the day)to put another new gasket on.

Description of Work: I called PHX to do a simple repair project which soon became very complicated. I appreciate the fact that Greg was willing to spend the time to talk and figure out the nature of the project, offered advice, and then set about bringing someone over to handle the project. While the original price was quoted at $350, the project expanded to a few more repairs and ended up costing much more. I am reassured that the electrical issues were handled with safety in mind and a competent and knowledgeable electrician.

Description of Work: Not only did he perform the toilet tuneups, he actually rebuilt part of the handle on one from scratch so that I did not have to replace it with one that did not match the original which matches all of the other Kohler fixtures in the bathroom. He was marvelous and very inventive. I have recommended him to all my friends.
