Description of Work: Used an Angie's list deal for a 2 toilet tuneup. We have 2 aging toilets. Both toilets flush better, but one toilet continues to flush on its own in the middle of the night. I specifically said this was a problem and was not told that it couldn't be fixed.

Description of Work: The appointment for our Big Deal was scheduled within a reasonable time frame. The plumber arrived on time and fixed 2 toilets. He also offered advice on another plumbing issue. There were no problems, and the toilets are working fine.

Description of Work: Service involved doing a toliet tuneup and replacing the flapper, Did a good and efficient job also corrected a faucet problem I was having in the bathroom. The service was good and technician was knowledgable. Would use this provider in the future.

Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal for $109 for 2 hours of work. Then we used some materials the electrician had on his truck, that all added up to $87 for a handful of GFI outlets and some switch plate covers. | |Brad was the electrician who came to complete the work. We had several small tasks for him, since my husband had been doing some work replacing outlets and fixtures and run into a few issues that required an expert. Brad was very detailed in not only meticulously fixing everything, and bringing it up to code, but in explaining what the problem was and how he was fixing it. He is a perfectionist, and was determined to get through everything on our list in the two hours we had. We are pleased with the work, and will definitely have him back for future electrical needs.
