Description of Work: My homeowners association requested that I replace the rusting exterior light next to my front door. I bought the coach light from Amazon and attempted to install it myself. I'm not a handyman. I couldn't mount it securely to the brick wall. 4 Service Pros beat a compeditors estimate, but both prices seemed a little high. The guy showed up when he said he would and he did a good job.

Description of Work: The plumbing inspection revealed several deficiencies, which I suspected. They gave me a reasonable quote for replacing the main supply line, which had so many patch jobs and pipes leading to nowhere that it looked like it belonged in the engine room of a submarine. They also replaced a 30 year old water heater that worked well beyond its anticipated life span. The net result is a streamlined main water line, running water in the house is noticeably quieter (I used to be able to hear when the outside water faucet was on, but now I have to get really close to the water supply to hear it), and a water heater that I don't have to worry if today will be its last day. | |I also needed to fix a leaky tub faucet and decided to replace it. I mistakenly bought a newer faucet that had a lot of plastic parts (the cartridge type), which I wasn't happy with. They were very understanding and helped me pick out a replacement that would fit and was made of metal (brass). Now, everything looks great and no leaks. | |The technician (Cody) was very knowledgeable and professional. He did all the work well and made sure everything was working properly before he left. The only faux pas wasn't really his fault, but he did punch some unnecessary holes in the wall and ceiling when the toilet valve he was replacing crumbled on removal. As it turned out the other end of the pipe just needed to be screwed out to replace it, but this wasn't really noticeable until you could see the back of the pipe. I'd still highly recommend them; they do good work. |

Description of Work: I would definitely use this Contractor, again. They provide a great service for a reasonable price. I had some drywall work completed and some painting. A new over the stove hood range was installed and a new light was put up. The workers were very pleasant and professional. They arrived on time and got the job done. I was very pleased with the work that was performed and the price.

Description of Work: Went well but turned out to be a replacement. The tech was there for about 20 minutes and only had to do less than 50% of the work for a true installation. No price break for that.

Description of Work: 4 Service Providers did a great job solving a natural gas leak running from my home to my BBQ. I had had 2 other plumbers out to my home and neither of them could locate the leak. 4 Service Providers found the leak and fixed it on the spot. I was extremely happy with their service and their price.

Description of Work: They installed a new hot water heater and removed the old one. They arrived on time and it only took about 2 hours. Price was much better than any other with the same warranty

Description of Work: The person that came for the service was friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, he was unable to replace a part for one toilet because it's an older model and parts are not readily available. He did give me an estimate for other work. Most likely, I will call to have that job done by them.

Description of Work: This was one of Angie's Big Deals. Very satisfied. Tech was on time, polite and solved problem and showed me how to do it in the future. Was only at house 30 minutes or so but still less than if I had gone elsewhere.

Description of Work: They installed a new attic fan and provided a free evaluation of my electrical system. I really liked the people I dealt with. They seemed knowledgeable and gave the impression that they cared about what I needed.

Description of Work: My house is not set up to handle an attic fan. I discussed this with the company and they helped me understand why this isn't the right solution for my type of attic. All good, I just can't use this particular service.

Description of Work: Installed motion sensor lights ( I provided light fixture and bulb) and outdoor electrical outlet. |Charles was very professional and very down to earth. He came on time, did the work in a professional and respectful manner and overall was a very good experience.
