Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's Deal to have two toilets tuned up. The young man who came to our home was very good at his job, explained everything and ended up giving me (and my son who happened to be there) information on all of the plumbing and what might need to be done, when and whether and how we could do it. He then sent me an email with a complete run down of what he had seen that needed attention and how much it would cost. He was very good at his job and I would (will) use them again.

Description of Work: I only needed the toilets to be unclogged. The technician used a manual snake to clear them. He did give a thorough evaluation of the root cause of the problem and gave estimate. I felt the price was high, but he stated that was already a deep discount of 25% from the usual price and so the 15% savings for Angie's members were overridden. I felt this explanation was not satisfactory.

Description of Work: $ Pros installed an attic fan in my residence. The only issue I had was that the big deal price was for a fan that was too small for my residence. I had to have a discussion with them about the proper size fan for my home. Would like to have had that conversation before big deal purchase. Paid an additional $200 for the correct size fan. They were very professional and punctual.

Description of Work: Not sure of the cost, since my insurance company is covering it. They installed a new pressure relief valve to a pipe in my laundry room to replace one that was leaking badly. They were excellent in every way. I gave them a B rating in quality because the valve they installed began to leak slightly after about 10 days, but they came out immediately - within hours - to replace it and it's been fine since.
