Description of Work: Repair clogged toilet

Description of Work: Installed under-cabinet lighting in kitchen. "Mike" spent at least 30 minutes on the phone prior to the installation date describing the various types of fixtures (I didn't realize I had to purchase them myself from for him to install). Very, very helpful. Mike was very professional, installed the fixtures perfectly, and cleaned up afterward. His knowledge and experience were evident and he explained everything to my satisfaction. Would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: Came in fixed the problem expeditiously. Also alerted me to the fact that Federal rules on water heaters are changing in three months. This has caused us to look at whether we need to change out our not-quite end of lifecycle water heaters sooner rather than later.

Description of Work: The technician replaced one flapper and fixed the other. My toilets are from Kholer. He replaced with the flapper from Kholer. He also gave estimates on water heater and water purification system. When setting up an appointment you need to ask their policy on replacement parts.

Description of Work: Mike Schick from 4 Service Pros,came to our home to work on an electrical wiring job indoors and outdoors. Before he arrived he called to confirm that he was coming. When he arrived he knocked and gave me his card for "safety" so that I would know who he was. |During the time he performed the work he was very professional and informative. I learned a lot. I would definitely recommend him again.

Description of Work: Inspected sink, lavatory, and tub faucets, as well as toilets. Adjusted one toilet. Seemed expensive for the amount of work done.

Description of Work: Mike, the representative came on time and got the job done as quoted. He didn't nickle and dime us as I am afraid that others would have done. The only issue I had was that it would take a couple to a few days to get quotes (I had a number of things that I would have liked to have gotten done). However, all it took was a quick call to their office and their receptionist (I don't recall her name) was very understanding and told me that she would get the quote(s) out to me and sure enough, by the next morning when I checked my e-mail, there it was. Btw, the work that Mike performed was to install a dedicated circuit for a new over-the-range microwave and installation of that microwave. He was there for about 3 hours, give or take a few minutes.

Description of Work: It's Christmas time and the outside plug doesn't work. This same plug wasn't working last Christmas and I called another Electrician (who I had a service agreement with) and they said "call us in January". They came and fixed it, but obviously not well. This year, I called 4 Service Pros and they were able to come out the next day, fix the plug AND install a 2nd one to spread the load. I've found my new electrician! They also installed our Attic Fan. These folks are great!

Description of Work: Changed the faucet in the outside water line. Plumbing inspection. Drained & shut off the outside line for winter. Instructed me on where the shut off was & how to turn it back on.
