Happy with all services provided.
Description of Work: Electrical work was great. Plumbing worked out eventually but I paid for a toilet repair which didn't hold. Then paid for another service call to have the toilet replaced. Love all the workers tho; very professional and prompt. 5/23/15 - After submitting my review, I received an email from the owner of 4 Season Pros apologizing for the double payment and a promise to refund the extra service charge. As that was the only problem I had with them, I am revising my review to all A's.

Description of Work: They charge by the job, not by the hour. The discount is basically worthless given the amazingly high charges for pretty simple stuff. Around 2 hours of work, with discount for $450

I have reached out to to you personally by email and phone calls with no return calls or emails to discuss the jobs that were performed.. 4 service pros offers 100% satisfaction promise but I have been unable to discuss any issues with you. I checked on the trucks tracking for the day. and the time spent on the projects was more than 2 hours as stated. but I am certainly not trying to argue the point I only mention it because you did. As always we priced the work before proceeding if you didn't think it was fair you wouldn't have had to proceeded. As you are aware since you stated the $49 coupon with $100 service credit was "worthless" I sent you the $49 you paid angies list back more than a week ago as well as offered additional discounts on future work needed at your home but I haven't had a response . We are all about customer satisfaction but after numerous attempts to reach out I have decided not to bother you any further and simply post my response to your review. I am truly sorry you feel like you didn't receive the coupons value but am pleased you have had no more plumbing issues since the visit. You you still feel you haven't received value for the coupon after what you paid was refunded by us please reach back out and I will be more than happy to listen to any concerns and any further concerns will be addressed. I noticed on your angies list profile that we are not the first plumber to look at these repairs for you. One of the other plumbers also received a D review from you on angies list where you stated on their profile the price was to high. I read his response to you and his thoughts are similar to mine. We could possibly break this work down into more affordable pieces or restructure the estimate to be more tailored to a lower price point possibly repairing items instead of replacing them. Customer satisfaction is very very important to me but in this case I simply wasn't given a chance. I hope you are able to get the items repaired or replaced by a contractor of your liking and in this case that may be a handyman. I will say we go back on cheaper contractors work all the time repairing the issues that arise after a less qualified tech has their shot. This process usually ends up costing the homeowner more than us fixing it right the first time. When we price jobs we price them insure the problem is fixed right the first time. That's not to say if a client tells us the need a less expensive option we don't try to help. The techs can be quite creative but in many cases we can't offer the same warranty .
