4 Service Pros

With recent heavy rains, I had some water pooling in one corner of the basement. Mr Justiniano from 4 Service Pros came to the house and immediately observed that my yard was sloping toward the house and had a pronounced low spot. He investigated the basement thoroughly and advised that I did not need his services at plumber rates but rather needed a landscaper who could install a French drain, a collection basin, a drain buried pipe and landscaping to redirect water away from the house particularly away from one corner. He said water in the basement problems are generally caused by settling and landscaping problems. Mr. Justiniano's opinion was confirmed by a couple of other pros although a few tried to sell me on the idea of an $8,000 - $9,000 sump pump and other expensive work. Call 4 Service Pros, I think they will do you good.

Jose, from 4 Service Pros, did a superb job installing the fan and outlet. He explained how the thermostat on the fan worked and cleaned up the work area after he completed the tasks. A real pro!

First, all the good things. The appointment was easy to setup and they showed up the same day. The technician was professional and quick. From the time he showed up and evaluated/confirmed the problem until the time he was done took less than 30 minutes. Now for some of the other items that were less than ideal. First, when I called to make the appointment, it was implied that there was an Angie's List discount. The technician didn't ask about it and I didn't think about it at the time; I was more concerned with getting my leak fixed. To their credit, they did credit me the discount back the next day when I called. With that said, for the work that was done. I think the price was a bit on the high side. Again, since the quote didn't include any break-down, I thought it might take longer when I signed off. Also, when you have a minor leak (that you are worried will get worse) is not the best time to be questioning something that significantly. I also didn't know for sure the parts cost at the time. The part is a $100 part (cost) and the job took 20 minutes. Even including travel time of 30 minutes each way, that would still only be 1.5 hours. Total job cost, pre-discount: $450. $450 for 20 minute service call and $100 part...

Our water heater broke on Sunday evening and I called 4 Service Pros early the next day. Patricia at customer service was helpful and able to quickly line up a technician. Willis, the technician, was professional, prompt and gave a thorough explanation of the service. He did a great job and would recommend Willis and 4 Service Pros.

The technician, Christopher Lee, arrived right on time. He removed the old humidifier and replaced it with a new one. He explained to me what he was doing throughout the installation. He verified all was working well before he left. He was very professional and obviously knew what he was doing. I have been using 4service pros for years and they are always excellent.

Tyriece spent over 2 hours cleaning and repairing the filters. He was quite professional and let me know throughout the process of what he was doing. Advised routine cleaning every 6 months. Price was high for what was done but I was pleased with the results.

I was highly impressed with the customer service of 4 Service Pros. They continued to follow up with me to see if I had questions and to schedule my service. They were the only company I contacted from Angies List that provided continued follow up all throughout the estimate and service process. When it came to install day, service technician Sean Ovel called to let me know he would be arriving in 30 minutes and he arrived promptly. Our recessed lighting was installed as we discussed and he made adjustments as we requested. The install looked amazing and we are gong to have him come bac to do other rooms we were so pleased. He cleaned up the job site, vacuumed, put back furniture and showed us how everything worked. We would recommend 4 Service Pros again!

Very happy with 4ServicePros team from start to finish. Prompt and helpful contacts with Sheri to set up the 2 days of jobs, and Jose did a great job with the all the work.

Henri did a good job; he snaked the drain, which fixed the problem, and gave good advice on preventing it from happening again. He also volunteer-fixed a water flow problem with the sink for no extra charge, by changing out the filter. I really appreciated that! It was above-and-beyond. All in all, very positive and professional guy. I was also impressed with the turnaround time: When I called 4 Service Pros they sent Henri right away. Never had that happen before. The one problem is a showstopper though: $250 for a five-foot snake. This was my first time calling a large company for plumbing service and probably my last; the small owner-operator businesses I usually favor would do that for maybe $50.

I needed to have three old toilets replaced. One had a 10" rough-in and one had not been installed correctly. I consulted with the technician, Carl Muterspaw, about the type of replacement I wanted and he made sure that the model I selected would fit all three locations. He also checked with the distributors about the performance of the model I selected to make sure that it would perform well. The removal of the old toilets was a challenge but Carl figured it out as well as the needed modifications to the new installations. It took much of a day but he kept his promise to have the work done in one day. He was pleasant, courteous, and helpful, even regarding the unanticipated issues as an interesting challenge. He left the work area spotless. I would not hesitate use 4 Service Pros again in the future.

Technician Mark Bailey was on time, honest and professional He was able to triage matter very quickly. No mess left behind, and the price of service was upfront and fair.

Carlos Moreira did an excellent and thorough job installing a new hot water heater and replacing a broken sump pump. He was courteous and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. We would definitely hire again.

4 Service Pros did a great job. The crew showed up on time, same day service even, and installed our fan quickly and without issue. Brad King and his colleague (Joe I think) were terrific to work with. The price for the work was fair and I was really impressed by them. I would definitely call them again for any electrical work we might need in the house.

Carlos Moreira came and took care of both issues very professionally and quickly. He was extremely respectful of my home and finished the repairs quickly but thoroughly. A great experience!

They responded very quickly and could provide service the following day (which happened to be a Saturday). Dealing with the office was smooth. Henri Benitez came out and quickly determined the problems, made recommendations, gave me the price, and I agreed to it. He seemed knowledgable and worked very efficiently and cleanly.

The 4 Service Pros technician, John Sumlin, arrived on Friday as promised and quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered a new blower motor on the spot. While he was at our house he smelled gas, located the leak and tightened a fitting to eliminate it. Very professional and pleasant! I hope he comes back to install the motor.
