Β + -1 moreI requested a refund last Thursday because of poor customer serviceβ¦ actually, the mgr was very rude when trying to resolve an issue with a product that their tech adamantly ensured us weβd receive but didnβt. No one has called or emailed to provide an update on the refund. I guess their π£π₯π’π ππ¦π of Responsiveness, Professionalism, and Quality of Work is a πππ lie.
