Highly recommend very professional both customer service and technician!!!

Anyone reading this..the HVAC technicians at Alliance are PROS at what they do! They came out to our home as scheduled, diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately... No second-guessing, and took care of the problems we were having, which were too MANY to count. These guys know what the heck they are doing! The professionalism, courtesy, price, and performance was outstanding! I wish I could give Alliance a 100 stars review! Do not call anyone else, because there is no need. If Alliance cannot fix it, it cannot be fixed! This will be a call you will come back and thank me for making. I will NEVER call anyone else but them for all our HVAC repair needs. And the owner, he is one helluva nice, kind and generous man.

Ok 5 stars you think I'm Lennys cousin not at all just met the man yesterday. I told him what I needed, he sent a guy out fixed my unit at a 1/4 of the cost quoted to me by another ac company. Lenny is on my friends list now. Next issue I have with my heat pump I know who I'm calling.

The technician who came over to do my AC repair (Jeremy Gallagher) was friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. He talked me through every process of the work he was doing, and instilled a sense of optimism in my mind; knowing that I had currently been in a state of worry and defeat, as I was roasting in my own house. Jeremy s demeanor was professional, his explanations were comprehensible, and his work was done in a very timely manner. I will be asking for him when it becomes time to do routine maintenance on my central air system. I highly recommend Alliance Mechanical Services without hesitation.

They came the same day that I called. I had no heat in my house. My old thermostat was not working. He installed the new one that I had bought.

I had the repairman at my house the same night . I got home at 6:30pm.And he arrive there before I did. I had a electrical short going to heating unit. This guy would not stop until he found the problem. Mind you , it was after 9:00pm once he had found the problem. Awesome work by this guy.

I felt Alliance provided a very reasonable price for the work done, and was very happy with the service technicians that came out to complete the job. I believe I spoke with the owner to schedule the install, and he was also timely and professional.
