Sure Site Satellite

We were new customers and experienced technical problems, and had asked Suresite several times by email and voice mail to send someone out to fix the bugs. Noonne answered Suresite's telephone, and we have tried often. It became apparent that Suresite was not willing to provide any customer service, and did not trouble itself to respond in offering technical assistance or sending someone out. A lousy voice mail telling us that one hundred thousand other people also want a good internet signal was not very helpful but shows Suresite's attitude towards customers. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

The time to arrive was between 2-5pm. Lance (installer) called about a slight delay ahead of arrival time of 4:30pm. He worked after it got dark installing the system inside and outside dish in yard in back of house. Installation to activation took about 2.5hours. Smooth and efficient is best description. Friendly and knowledgeable with over 2years installation experience. Gave a lot of good advice about the system. Heather (Sure Site) coordinated very thing well. Free installation but a temporary $60 on credit card was required to install. ($60 was earnest money and not collected after installation completed) Monthly subscription purchase was Liberty 25 because it offered WIFI and 25GB monthly quota to start because Sprint Cellular nonexistent in the area.

I called this company two times (leaving a message both times) and sent an email both through their internal website and through my email program, but they couldn't even provide the courtesy to answer the calls (called during what would be normal business hours) or return an email. How can you trust a company to do work for you if they can't even take the time to answer their calls or return messages or emails. I would NOT recommend a company like this!
