He did not finish the job. Kept telling us different days he was coming back, then did not come back and stopped communicating with us. He asked us for money for partial services rendered on the initial visit which we paid on the assurance he would be back the following week. The job is not done and will have to hire someone else to finish it.

I read the other reviews and am surprised at the difference in customer service I received and maybe others didn't wait to see how things truly ended up. I am extremely disappointed. I hired them for landscaping designs and to plant trees and flowers in my bed. It took 4 days to complete that simple project and didn't even start when he advised he would. I had to follow-up SEVERAL times. They did not put down any weed liner or killer as I asked because that was our biggest concern, so weeds are choking the plants and growing excessively. I called to ask for help to which he promised to come out on two occasions and never did, which is another reason I am writing this review. My tree (an evergreen) is already dying and its only been two months and I water in the am and at night as instructed. I hand picked all the weeds myself to save my plants and should have just done this job on my own for the quality I got. He came out and talked a big deal and discredited other landscapers only to find out he was exactly the same. They didn't even glue all the stones for the wall as expected. and half of them I had already purchased. This was a $500 job and he charged 2k. Definitely will never use again or ever refer.

Tim was right on time for the estimate, and kept me informed on when the project would be done. It was done well, and as promised. Great Pro!

There was an initial issues with Tim not getting the notification from HomeAdvisor about my initial appointment. Tim still came to my house anyway when I called; although, it was past the scheduled time late in the evening. The owner is really friendly. Tim kept me informed when he had equipment issues in which I had to be rescheduled.

I hired Tim for a major landscaping project. His crew worked whenever the weather permitted and finished in specified time. They not only did a great job of landscaping but also a great job of cleaning up. They were professional yet down to earth (no pun intended) friendly. I recommend them of any landscaping job.

Tim and his crew were professional, punctual, and accommodating throughout our experience with his company. This is the first time my wife and I have ever hired a professional for Fall cleanup and couldn't be more satisfied with the company, crew, and price. As mentioned by other customers, Spruce It Up Landscaping gave us back 'easily' 3-4 weekends of precious time that we now have to ourselves or to use on other projects. We are already talking about calling Tim back in the Spring for some landscaping ideas. Looking forward to a long relationship with Tim and his company.
