+ 0 moreI cannot say enough about the service provided. It was highly professional. I would use them again in a heartbeat. The price was more than reasonable. Provider was friendly and the overall result was simply outstanding.

Description of Work: I scheduled with the office manager for the technician to come out to do an estimate. He never showed. Five days later she called to say he mistakenly went to someone else's house and did an estimate for them. She apologized for not noticing the error earlier.

He cleaned 3 rooms of carpet as well as a very oversized couch..the outcome reached far beyond our expectations. Have every intention of utilizing him again and again as needed. Trust me, you cannot go wrong with Jaime.

+ 0 moreHis work was EXCEPTIONAL!!! I would recommend him to any friend with out hesitation. We could not have expected any more. His price was VERY competitive with our other estimates. I have only praise, confidence, and appreciation for this company. Wouldn't it be wonderful if every company performed at this level?
Description of Work: We called for an estimate and he came out that evening. He was incredibly patient and thorough, very professional and sincere. He answered so many questions and smartly recommended we wait for our fresh baseboard paint to thoroughly dry for a week before he came in with such hot water cleaning. We made an appointment and they called the day before to confirm. He was ontime, competent and thorough. He cleaned VERY VERY DIRTY carpet in 4 rooms and 2 halls. We were so pleased with his work that we added 3 pieces of upholstery to be cleaned. They turned out better than we could have ever hoped.
