Education regarding system components and owner responsibilities is provided as part of the scope of services. Another important benefit to the owner is a provision for unscheduled service visits that may be required due to system alarms or other emergencies. EcoSeptix Alliance staff also works with buyers and sellers of homes, as well as realtors and lenders, to inspect septic systems on homes that are for sale. We have a 3-year maintenance agreement with them. They are a wonderful company. They are really personable and they will continue to come out for as long as it takes to fix the problem. We have an upgraded septic system and they are one of the few companies that are qualified to fix it. When we first moved in, they did a complete walk through of the septic system and showed us how to do small fixes so that we don't have to get charged for minor things. They are great!
