+ -1 moreTHE SIDE THAT HE REPAIRED WAS DONE IN THE TIME FRAME THAT HE HAD PROMISED. NOT THE BEST JOB IN THE WORLD BUT I FEEL THAT THE WORK PERFORMED ON THE ONE SIDE OF THE ROOF MADE THE OVERALL ROOF MUCH BETTER THAN BEFORE BUT ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ROOF SOMETHING THAT HE DID WHILE WORKING ON MY ROOF MADE THE OPPOSITE SIDE DROP DOWN APPROX 6 TO 8 INCHES NEAR THE CENTER OF THE ROOF. I POINTED THIS OUT TO THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY BEFORE I PAID HIM. HE SAID HE NEVER NOTICED THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ROOF AND DID NOT WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT HAD HAPPENED. WE DISCUSSED WHAT COULD BE DONE TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM AND THE POTENIAL COST INVOLVED. I PAID HIM IN FULL FOR THE SIDE THAT HE REPLACED. HE SAID HE WOULD COME BACK AND SEE WHAT COULD BE DONE ABOUT THE SIDE THAT HE DID NOT WORK ON. I HAVE NEVER SEEN OR HEARD FROM HIM SINCE. I AM NOW TAKING ESTIMATES ON AN ADDITION.....I WILL NEED A NEW ROOF ON MY HOME AND GARAGE IN THE FUTURE. I WOULD NEVER CONSIDER USING DJ ROOFING FOR A FUTURE JOB BECAUSE HE DID NOT KEEP HIS WORD AND DID NOT ADMIT RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT HAPPENED TO MY ROOF WHILE HE WAS WORKING ON IT.
Description of Work: I HAD ROOF DAMAGE DUE TO A TREE FALLING ON MY GARAGE ROOF DURING A SNOW STORM. BECAUSE THE ROOF HAD BEEN REPAIRED ON ONE SIDE A FEW YEARS EARLIER. I DECIDED TO HAVE DJ ROOFING REPAIR THE SIDE THAT THE TREE HAD FALLEN ON.

Description of Work: They fixed a leak in our roof that we had two-three other people come out to try and fix.
