Design Craft Homes is your one-stop shop for your custom dream home. Since 1992, we have been designing and building homes for our clients and the way they live. Founded by A. David Karfgin, Jr., the company has grown and evolved over the past almost two decades to meet the ever-changing needs of our homeowners. My husband and I purchased a short sale home that needed a lot of TLC. We originally hired Design Craft Homes to remove an existing fireplace. As we began work on the home we continued to find significant problems that were beyond my husbands handyman capabilites. Dave Karfgin and his staff were extremely knowledgeable, patient and understanding as we worked through the many issues with our home. Dave took the time to talk through problems with us regardless of rather or not his staff was doing the work. His team was extremely responsive to our needs. Very quick to respond and best of all they 'DID IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME'. We are so happy that we found Design Craft Homes and that we hired them to work with us.
Description of Work: Besides removing an existing fireplace they handled roof repairs, replacement of windows, moved windows, handled plumbing issues, replaced old subfloors, leveled floors, installed new doors, handled electrical issues, HVAC issues, Designed and built new entry way and helped us obtain approval from the Home Owners Association.
