Steve McCauley inspected our property to determine the source/cause of lingering musty odor and minor localized mold outbreak... (following 2-odd years of the house being not occupied before we acquired it.) He recommended serveral specific actions we can take to mitigate the problem. We are in the process of implementing the plan, and we are very pleased with his services and grateful for his experience, knowledge and expertise. Based on his assessment he found that we did not need a lab sample processed, and he adjusted his original price quote accordingly.

From the very beginning, the contractor was professional, personal and patient. He was on time and very throughly examined over 400 aspects of our house. We followed him around asking dozens of questions, writing down his responses, and he answered all of them with great generosity. Some home questions weren't even related to the inspection itself, but he freely gave advice. We are confident that our house will be market ready and that the final home inspection will be stress free. I highly recommend using this company for any pre or final home inspections.
