+ -1 moreThe folks from Brite Lite came exactly when they said they would, worked quickly and efficiently and were very informative about how our light ties in to the main gas lines. Our gas light looks like new, and is now operating safely! We are very pleased.
Description of Work: Determined reason for our outside gaslight leaking gas, replaced the valve and regulator, cleaned and painted the light and installed new mantles.

+ -1 moreI was seeking someone to install a gas lamp on my home. The Brite Lite listing includes installation as one of their services. However, after talking to them, they do not offer installation services, they only sell lamps. Granted, these are beautiful lamps, they do not perform installation services as they seemed to imply from my reading of their service offerings. However, they did give me some names of experts who do install and I was able to contact one of them to have this done. Marlene is very friendly, informed and if I needed to buy a lamp, this would be my first stop.

+ -1 moreI moved into a home with a non functioning exterior gas lamp. Brite lite was able to clean it up and light it for me. They were professional, on time, and knowledgable. They also pointed out the different shutoff valves on my gas main for the gas fixtures/appliances in my house. An overall good experience.
Description of Work: They replaced the gas mantels, repainted the pole, and lit my exterior gas light. They did a great job and my 13 year old gas light looks as good as new!

+ -1 moremade a call, the agent described all of the potential problems from a simple cleaning and locating the gas line to requiring a new gas line because of changes in regulations over time ( would have cost several hundred dollars). A simple cleaning was all that was required.
Description of Work: Honest contractor, could have run up the bill citing a bigger more expensive solution. Gas light simply needed cleaning and new mantles

+ -1 moreI called Brite Lite to have a gas light on my front lawn repaired. I was shocked that the owner answered the phone when I called. She was very knowledgeable about the type of gas lamp that we had and she gave me a tutorial on how the lamp works. When the crew came out to repair the lamp and they were very professional and did an outstanding job. The price I paid for the service was very reasonable, and we were extremely happy with the outcome. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a gas lamp serviced.
