He had specific crews for demo, plumbing, electrical, and tiling. His tiling guys are some of the best in the business. Vlad was very hands on too and when he wasn't working on the house was checking on his crew several times a day giving them specific instruction. He walked you through what to expect each day and always asked for our preferences when decisions needed to be made. Their estimates were very competitive and completed the work faster than others could (also worked weekends with our permission). "I settled on Custom Stonescaping based on Ron, who came out to give us the estimate, which was by far the most reasonable. Ron spend tons of time explaining the project to me. We needed a new patio because 10 years ago I hastily elected to have a stamped concrete patio put in. Within 2 years, it was noticeably deteriorating. Frustrated that I had spent 75% of what a stone patio would have costed, I looked for someone to fix it, but eventually found that fixing it was not possible. If I wanted it to look good, I would have to start from scratch. Ron promised the flagstone patio would be more durable and look terrific, he was right! Also, the team that did the work were incredibly polite, responsive when I had (probably dumb) questions and absolutely meticulous about cleaning up. the result is fantastic! can't recommend this company enough. Morale: never do stamped concrete. Spring for stone!"
