Jason and his helper came out quickly, listened to my woes, looked at the situation and provided a reasonable quote. One duct part needed to be custom ordered. When the parts were in they returned and completed the work. Things went more quickly than expected, so they charged less than the original estimate. For both visits they showed up a few minutes ahead of schedule, which was great. The work was neat and tidy, and they cleaned up after themselves. Even though it was a small job they didn't treat me as a "small customer" if you know what I mean. I'm happy they are based very near me, and I will certainly call them again if I need HVAC work.

Great! They were really helpful. Had both units up and running the same day. Taught us how to care for the units to get the most life out of them.

The price was high. They have a bunch of different price schedules. I got the high dollar one.

Arrived early. Very professional truck and uniform. Got to work promptly. Identified and explained problem quickly (fan motor in exterior unit seized up). Attempted to free motor up w/o success and told me it was repairable IF the part was available (unit is old). Pleasant and professional throughout. Found part by mid-morning of next business day, called me immediately, and installed it later that afternoon. Unit is working normally in the two weeks since repair was made. I will almost certainly use this company when I replace the unit next spring.

They were very good. They were very quick in service. They were very prompt in attending the service, they were on time. They were able to resolve the problem and fix it. I went actually through a home incident company. I just paid a copay of $75, I don't know what the rest of the price was. The quality was very good.

Cool Tech's Mechanical provided wonderful service while replacing our furnace. The technician arrived early, worked quickly and left the area spotless. Highly recommended!

Jason's service was phenomenal! He was efficient, professional, courteous, and very tech savvy (which is a huge plus for me as I'm a software engineer). He quickly diagnosed the issue with our A/C and resolved it immediately (on the 4th of July no less!). Jason has a "get things done" work ethic that reveals his deep knowledge of mechanical systems. Overall, our experience was terrific!

The service provider (Jason) was happy to come out to our home in the evening, the same day we called, to fix our air conditioning. He was professional, polite, and fast. He told us our options, gave us some recommendations, and we will be sleeping in a nice cool house tonight. We have the number on our refrigerator now, and it will be the only one we call in the future.

Like clockwork! Excellent performance and neatness in very difficult, muddy conditions. The new unit was mounted on a frame lag bolted into foundation. Everything neat, clean and totally professional.

Top floor of house was very warm. Air conditioner was not working. Family was uncomfortable and found it hard to sleep. Cool Tech very quickly diagnosed the problem and explained it to me in clear terms. I agreed to their suggested fix. I was so pleased that I requested they do checkout and preventive maintenance on the other three units. Well done!!!!

Jason came out and installed a beautiful brand new bradford white gas water heater in our home. The old one started leaking so we needed to act fast. Jason set up an appointment for the next day. Fast and superb service with a surprisingly reasonable price!
