I ve only used this service once. However, I was impressed. They arrived 40 minutes late, but brought an extra person so that they could finish within a few minutes of the original promised time. They had also attempted to reach me to inform me but my phone was charging in another room and I only discovered this when I went to call them. The cleaning job was thorough, efficient, and professional. I recommend them.

Sparkle did a whole house deep cleaning on my house that had been empty for months. They were excellent. They were professional, on-time, and worked very hard. The house truly did "sparkle" when they were finished. I highly recommend this company.

I am a professional organizer for the Northern Virginia area. I keep an organized home, but I despise dusting! Sparkle Cleaning came in for a one-time dusting deep-clean of the downstairs portion of my town home. As a business owner in the home-service industry, I can say with confidence that the price quoted is honestly a fair market-value for the services offered. Yengy and his team were professional, careful, thorough, and efficient. They called ahead, arrived on time, stayed to the schedule, and stayed to the assigned areas. The DETAILS that they put into their work were astonishing! Each time I checked in, I could see the team members carefully moving objects, looking up to the ceilings and down to the baseboards, taking photos of the tops and fronts of shelves and bookcases, and cleaning individual items. They removed all of the knick-knacks and books, dusted each item, then placed each item back, using the photos to reference what had been placed where. The team worked in a methodical manner, kept me informed, and tidied up their work areas as they went. I LOVE that I don't have to clean up after the cleaners; I don't have to look for misplaced items! My bookcases are arranged exactly the way that I want them.

I am a realtor here in northern Virginia. My seller client had already moved out of the area and I became the point of contact for getting her home ready for market. Sparkle Cleaning and Beauty was the company she had used for her regular household cleanings so she suggested I contact them to set up a deep/departure cleaning prior to her home going on the market. I texted the company on a Thursday evening at almost 9pm not expecting a response until the following business day. HOWEVER, Yengy, the owner of the company got back to me that same evening to introduce himself and to explain his company's services. An appointment was set up to meet my time constraints and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Yengy met both his friendly and hardworking crew and me at the house at exactly the scheduled time. I highlighted for him what I needed done and Yengy made sure everything was completed. EVERYTHING DID SPARKLE... He contacted me about 20 minutes prior to job being completed so I could meet him at my client's house. He walked through the home with me and I was thoroughly satisfied with his work. He takes pride in his work and in addition he is a kind and professional person. Sparkle Cleaning and Beauty did a move-out cleaning of a rented one bedroom condominium in Alexandria. I contracted with them on behalf of my daughter and SIL, who were moving to a new home. I interviewed 3 other vendors, but decided on Sparkle primarily because of the top-notch reviews and excellent communications with Yengy (the owner). He and his crew (Lacey and one other) arrived about 5 minutes before he told me they would, and went right to work. They finished the job in exactly the amount of time he told me it would take - no surprises or extra charges! And I felt the price I paid for the job was very fair. I was so impressed by the attention to detail and thorough job that was done! He took some before and after pictures of things I would not see (tracklights in kitchen, behind stove and refrigerator) so I could compare. There was a book they found behind the stove which must have belonged to a former renter, so I am certain that the apartment was left much cleaner than it was when they moved in. The new owners commented on the cleanliness when the final walk-through/key turnover was done. I highly recommend Sparkle Cleaning and Beauty.
