Landlock Pest Control

Matt came out today, from Landlock and did an excellent job. He was on time, professional, and went beyond what I expected. He even knocked down spider webs. He wore a mask the whole time, was careful to remove his shoes before he entered the house, and explained everything he did, in layman's terms I could understand. I would Highly recommend Landlock, and Matt.

Mike came out this morning for our second treatment. He did an excellent job. He looked up a bug for me, and we were able to identify it, and he gave me advice as to how to keep this pest from coming back. He also treated the rest of the inside of the house. Everything was as expected, and he covered the whole area around our home as well. He was on time, polite, and explained what he did.

Dylan was on time, very polite and helpful. Made sure to cover all areas of concern. Great job!

I'm very pleased with Landlock's work. Currently getting quarterly treatments and monthly mosquito treatments. The technicians are very knowledgeable and do a thorough job when treating around the yard, house, and deck. Great customer service, too! They always call a business day or two before anyone comes out, and they will come and respray for free if you're having issues in between quarterly treatments.

Landlock has been great to work with. They are a great price for the services they provide. They're super responsive. I initally called due to seeing both small and large black ants start to infiltrate different parts of our house and my after my own efforts had failed to make a dent. After the initial treatments I saw real results quickly. I also appreciate that they use eco-friendly products in their treatments. I'm really pleased with their service and expect to continue using them for a long time.

I have a Pest Control Service Contract with Landlock and they have been good to me and my home for around 5 years. I will continue their services until they give me a reason not to, even though I have had around 4 other companies try to take me away. I would recommend them because I am always looking for better service and price, so far I have found none yet.

My mouse droppings were lizard droppings, but they treated for mice anyway. Charged me $175 and was only going to put two plastic traps in my garage. I complained and was told that they don't put traps outside because of dogs chewing them. NOT! I have had houses treated in the past and the animals can't get into them. I don't even have any dogs. I had to ask him to put them outside anyway and to put them in my attic. If I wouldn't have opened my mouth, I would have paid $175 for two traps! I should have just been charged a for them to come out to tell me we didn't have mice.

Ants increased in numbers that first day and the next. They ate what Matt left and now the ants are gone. I had to sweep and clean my floor several times daily and still there would be ants. I have nto seen any after about 3 days after Matt sprayed. Love it. I think the cost is well worth the service. Thanks guys.

Highly recommend Landlock Pest Control. They worked quickly, but were very thorough. Sprayed inside and out, even got our crawl space. Very affordable. Haven't seen any spiders or bugs since the house was sprayed.
