We’ve been very happy with Landlock Pest Control. Franco is always polite and helpful. Everyone is cheerful and responds quickly to anything we need.

Mike went above and beyond today when he was at our home for our exterior treatment!!! He heard an alarm and our dog was distressed. Mike called and texted me and checked to ensure there was no immediate danger to our dog. More employees/people should be like Mike. Thank you so much for your concern for our cherished family pet and taking great care of our home today!

We are very happy with everything about landlock pest control!!! They have always followed through with everything they said that they were going to do. Supplying quarterly treatments and also letting us know that they will come out for free if we see bugs in between treatments. I also love that they use natural products that won’t harm my pets.

Joon is extremely professional, personable, and knowledgeable about his products. He seemed to genuinely listen to my concerns with our new home and addressed all our questions without hesitation. Within 3 hours of Joon leaving we saw immediate results. From initial consult over the phone with the companies sales rep to the service provided with our first in home visit we are happy with the service provided and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a local, family owned business.

Great!! Got rid of them and I never see a single spider. Thanks goodness!! Landlock is my ‘Easy Button Bug People’. (Wish I had an EZ button for mail delivery, technicians who come back 3 times to do a ‘Minor’ repair, the woodpecker who won’t leave, and the list goes on, and on...)

we do have been customers for 4 years now when we found termites a tech arrived for a quarterly pest control and we asked if they could check for termites in crawl space. they found some they got us a quote in a couple days and scheduled for treatment in 2 weeks very easy to work with and their techs are so nice. great service and professional employees
