Went well for outdoor treatment but had to call for indoor treatment twice because technician did not show up for appt.

Awesome! Our first month in the house we had a variety of spiders, crickets and other crawling bugs. After the first treatment, they virtually disappeared. After our periodic treatment in the fall, all we found were dead bugs in the garage. We have not seen any spiders, crickets or any other living insects in our home or garage since hiring Landlock!

A client since 2010 my wife tells me that they are courteous, professional, set their visit a day in advance, have never been late, and politely answer any question she might have. My wife loves them and she?s hard to please. But the #1 reason I use them, I don?t have any spiders, ants or bugs in my house.

The treatment was great! I haven't seen any spiders (inside or out) since the treatment, and no problems on the inside of my home either.

Appointment was scheduled for between 8:00-9:00 AM. Isaac showed up right at 8:00. Was very professional and polite. Did his work in a timely manner. Came to the front knocked and told me everything was great and have a nice day. I have used LandLock Pest Controlfor many years and they have been reliable honest and very professional. I recommend anyone looking for a peer control company to call them. They are an excellent company.

Landlock Pest Control has been providing termite and bug control products at my home for several years, 4 times per year. They always call ahead to inform me of the scheduled date of service, and have been willing to reschedule when I needed. Jason Palmer and team at Landlock Pest Control have been servicing our yard and the perimeter around our house quarterly since April 2011. We originally consulted them for problems with ants, grasshoppers, and spiders. We live on a wooded lot that backs up to wetlands. Our home maintenance benefits from their consistent, professional insecticide service in May, August, November, and February each year. After trying to treat pests on own, we value the quarterly service and the Landlock team. Because they can quickly spot problems, plan for the next seasonal pest, and identify pests to treat accordingly with the appropriate amount of insecticide, we are not over treating, treating too late, or completely missing a nasty problem because we don't have trained eyes. Our home, yard , and dog have benefited from their quarterly treatments (going on 24 service visits over the past six years as a customer). Prior to Landlock's quarterly treatments, we could find ants in the kitchen, grasshoppers in the crawl space, Japanese beetles destroying the roses every June, lady bugs in windows, spiders feasting on bugs - inside and out of the house. In January of 2013 we experienced warm weather and ants were found in the kitchen, Landlock retreated without charge although the treatment had been in November of 2012 and our next treatment was scheduled for February 2013. A day or two prior to their visit, we always receive a message from Landlock that they will be onsite for service. They always leave behind a detailed report with the employee's name who provided the service with a description of the concentration, quantity, and name of the product and the pests targeted. As a customer who will soon complete six years of service with Landlock Pest Control, we highly recommend them for their professionalism and consistency.

They guys are great, have used them for six years. Very family friendly and will come out whenever you need them!

I used their services for almost seven years. Their treatments were very effective and I never saw any bugs. Their price was right and their treatments were good. They were very responsive to customer needs. At one time I had to call them back because I saw that the technician had only been there for ten minutes and I didn’t think he had sprayed the area enough. When I called them, he came right back out. He sprayed all around and even in the garage. Their price was right and their treatments were good. I have since moved out their service area and would still use them if they serviced my area.

Excellent. If I had any problems they would come out right away, they're very nice to deal with, they're very agreeable and they seem to know what they're doing and they seem professional. They're cooperative and they do good work.
