In just a few months it began to peel in many locations and looked worse than before. After numerous requests for repairs they never came back. Don't hire them!

We just purchased this house in January and have had multiple problems with the roof on the house and with the roof on the studio/garage on our property. We have been told by other contractors that whoever replaced the roofing on the house and studio did a "terrible" job. We called Terry's (along with other companies) to come look at the problems along the edges of the roof as well as one of the chimney's on the house. They came today and told my husband it would cost $700 - $800 to even ASSESS the damage on the roof. We passed on that as we are getting quotes from other companies. They offered to clean the chimney and seal the molding on the top for $275. My husband allowed them to proceed with that and paid them for the work. After they left, my husband went on the roof to see how it all looked and the chimney was still full of leaves, spots were missed on the molding AND a shingle was ripped/broken. We had to call them to come back and properly finish the job. Now come to find out....it was Terry's who did the roofing work before we purchased the home.

Scott Terry was very responsive to initial request. A partner or employee to look at roof same afternoon. We have had a home inspection and another vendor review the issues on our new build. The information he provided was not thorough or accurate as previous vendors and our research. No quote was provided or follow up to date. We will be using someone else.

He was the best and there is no talking, no radio and they take lunch break and that is it. They worked hard the entire time they were on the job and did was pleased with them. We were very satisfied. Around the vent on the furnace some wood had rotted and detreated and he fixed that. We had a chimney with two fire place on it and he put up a top on it so nothing would get down in it. He did three or 4 things like that after we started the roofing and it was well worth it.

It was a great experience. We called this company on Saturday September 14,2013. He called back with an estimate on Sunday afternoon September 9/15/2013 with the estimate. They started work on Monday September 16, and finished on Thursday September 19, 2013. They were very conscientious about their surroundings. They covered all of the shrubbery, patio, and small deck with drop clothes. They then cleaned up all of the surrounding. They even took a magnet and went over all the areas to pick up any nails. He and his employees were all very professional. They worked continually the whole time they were here - took a short lunch break.

All aspects of the job went above our expectations. They guys were all pleasent as well as expert in their fields.
