Wonderfully. They were faster than expected in arriving - fit us in between other jobs, and very quickly did the work.

We have been using them for about a year. Our experience has been very positive. They seem to be thorough.

They did the whole job in three days. It is a high-efficiency unit and they were fantastic. We have a toddler and they watched out for him and talked to him. The unit came with a programmable thermostat and my son kept interrupting when they were trying to explain how the thermostat worked. One of them played with my son so that the other could explain to me how it worked. They were really fantastic. I had called around different places before I hired them. I had three different groups of people come out and bid on it and they were in the middle. I thought that it was a good price and good value because I was paying for a nicer machine. I could call and they would answer or e-mail me back almost immediately. They knew about the tax refund that you could get on certain rated machines and they knew exactly how to handle that. They handed me the paperwork and told me what exactly I had to keep with my taxes. They just knew their stuff backwards and forward. I probably wouldn't even call around if I needed such work done again and I would just use them.

We were going to move in to a new house in a new city and our agent recommended this company, so we hired them to service/repair the two heating/cooling systems. When all was said and done, we paid almost twice the amount they originally estimated! Plus, when we finally moved in, I asked the company as a courtesy to send a repair person to give me a quick over view of what all was fixed. Had to pay $30 additional dollars for that, which I thought was unnecessary since without a complaint I already paid much more than their initial estimate. In my opinion, the lack of another company in the area is the reason why they get called in. We have since switched over to another company 40 minutes away. Finally, this year we hired the new company to come and fix a leak in the a/c unit and the leak happened to be from the exact same area that Rhodenizer claimed they fixed last year. Would recommend to stay away and look for someone else!

They completed the work in two and a half days as promised. They arrived on time, were friendly, courteous, answered all of my questions carefully, and were especially considerate of my two year old son. They were extremely professional and came well recommended. The recommendations were right - these are the best guys to use in Rockbridge County.
